Yeah, I've signed for stuff to be left at home before (including past MB's and iPhones) and I think my neighborhood is pretty trustworthy. I could probably do that. I don't want to cause a delay either, lol.
I would say yes. Mine has stated Monday all along and has stayed there even after going “off the grid” with “in transit”. Fingers crossed for you!
Yeah I’d go for it if you trust your hood. Maybe have a neighbor come grab it if you’re worried about it. I just feel any change in destination has a consequence of delay.
I am getting an "unauthorized entry - Not Authorized to view the page you have requested. Please click on the Customer Help Support link for assistance" error message.
Mine still says Monday. But I think there’s no way that will happen. I don’t even think Tuesday is possible given current progress.
That's really strange. I can access to it without any issue (tried even in a private browser mode).

I’ve noticed with my order the ups tracking doesn’t seem up to the minute. I went to bed last night at about 1am with no updates but then this morning saw it had made significant progress with time stamps of when I was awake and checking it But they didn’t show up til way later.
My apologies, I was tracking using the "Track by Freight Reference Number" instead of the "Track by Package Reference Number" option. I didn't carefully read the instructions.
Using the tool, it says the same information as the regular tracking link that UPS provides, so no changes so far.
I was just comparing its progress with my iPhone 12 pro max delivery. It’s the same route, now it will be Wednesday or Thursday based on pro max delivery track.
My 16GB MBA shipped on 11/14 (ordered 11/10 right before midnight EST). Coming via Fedex. Right now in Shanghai. Apple moved from the 11/24-27 ship date when ordered to now showing 11/23. Nothing quoted by Fedex yet.

I"m FedEx too. Coming to New York. I ordered the base Air with 16 gb/256 gb. Maybe FedEx is an East Coast thing? FWIW...while I still haven't been officially quoted a delivery date by FedEx yet, I found this in the shipment facts that based on shipment mode, it should arrive 11/20. My original Apple range was 11/24-27. Apple site is currently showing 11/23.
NY UPS for my Air, but the Magic Mouse 2 I ordered is coming by Fed Ex (it was due on Friday, but is already at an NYC distribution hub).

Question for those more familiar with this process: I just got a $99 charge on my card when my Mac mini changed to “preparing for shipment,” which is presumably the AppleCare+ charge. Do they process the Mac mini and AppleCare+ charges separately and at different times? When I placed the order, the full amount of the purchase (including AppleCare+) was authorized on my card.
Could you try your Apple order number without the last 2 digits
So if the order number is W123456789, only enter W1234567 as reference.
My MBP 16GB RAM, 512GB storage space gray is set to deliver November 24 to 27. The email however says 4 to 6 business days so from Nov 10 when I ordered that that should be 16 to the 17th at the earliest. I hope I get it earlier but it’s still on processing.
Mine so far has "Departed Facility" in Anchorage, then "Cleared Customs." Were those the last scans you have in Alaska as well (am I waiting for a Kentucky scan now?) or will I still see another Alaska scan.
