I cancelled my original order and ordered a silver MacBook Air with 8cores 8 gigs of ram and 512 gigs of memory. I ordered on Jan 2nd and was given a delivery date of the 19th-26th. As of today it hasn’t moved from processing. I am wondering if anyone has a similar delivery window that has shown any movement?

Wtf. I ordered the same thing Jan 1 with a date of 19 Jan-29 Jan. As of now no card charged or anything.

Well, I guess I’m not the only one in this boat. I’m guessing if mine is being shipped from China and hasn’t budged yet, the odds of it getting here, (USA) by the 26th are fairly slim.
does Apple pre-charge your credit card with a small amount to verify or something when you first make the order?

Hey I’m sorry, did you get any authorization charges or something when you first made your order?
Apple doesn't charge until just before they've put your order in the mail.
Apparently they can try to take £1 or something like that to validate the card before the order is confirmed.
Or so they told me.
I also believe that if there is a problem with the card or getting payment they'll contact you and give you a week to sort it out. That's what happened to someone on here who ordered in December and his card ran out at the end of December.
Finally got my MBP and love it. Coming from a PC it is a bit confusing first but Google is my friend for searching for answers 
For those of you interested in timing, my order just listed as pending on the Apple Card. C’mon little MacBook ship!So excited!! Ordered a 8/8/16/512 MBA on 12/27 with ETA 1/28-2/4. It’ll be replacing my mid-13 air.

they are an authorized reseller, same with Adorama. but is there reason (or better deal) why you want to purchase from them instead of directly thru Apple?

Did your order status changed when your card was charged? I ordered last Jan. 6 with same configuration and have also the same delivery date as yours but my card haven’t been charged yet.
It’s usually a day after your card is charged in most cases however I was told by apple that they can take payment up to 15 days before your order ships.
