Same thing happened to mine - but then weirdly when it left Cologne, a further tracking point appeared that wasn't there before to show what time it landed in Cologne! Fingers crossed for a scan soon.

Mine is now out for delivery today after several delays due to operational reasons and Brexit... Will spend most of the day looking out the window at work for the UPS van!
Lovely ?
It turns out mine wasn't in transit at all. It was sitting at Shenzhen airport for thirty odd hours and left last night for Incheon, S. Korea. That's ok as I think there are direct flights from there to Cologne. In fact it seems to have left Cologne as I write this.
It's on its way :)

Yesterday I had my shipment, finally. But the biggest surprise was this morning as I had the tracking info: the shipment is from Holland, not China. I live in Italy, so in 3 days maximum I'll go for the MacBook Air 8/16/1Tb. It replaces my ipad pro, who was not able to have a real use as a laptop. It should be light, not too noisy, with a good battery: does Apple create the new MBA for me?? ;-D
Mine is in Eindhoven for 4 days now. Status still on "information received, Label created". Delivery is with DHL Express (which is the worst). Had the same issue with my Apple Watch Series 6 which I got 2 weeks late, even with ordering immediately after the keynote.

We are in the same situation: mine is in Eindhoven too. The DHL tracking explains only a label was created. The computer was not collected....... I don't understand what Apple is doing

DHL tracking only activates when the computer arrives at their European processing centre - usually Amsterdam or Brussels. The tracking from China to Europe isn't available to the general public as it is done by DHL Freight and based on pallets not individual items. As soon as the unit arrives in Europe the tracking will update and usually the item arrives within 1-2 days.

Same here and it most probably is as tails101 said: it’s not in Europe yet and Tracking for DHL is only available from then.
So 2nd February ETA is probably fitting.

Wish I could figure out the secret sauce of finding which UPS flight mine could be on. Heh
I think mine's on UPS11 (flight no 5x11) which is currently en route from Incheon to Cologne. I used Flightradar24 and knew roughly what time it left Incheon.
It's currently over Kazakhstan or thereabouts.
But it's not easy to find out.

My order is on Chek Lap Kok for almost 46 hours now. I wonder if it has already left Hong Kong or it’s still there. Does UPS update their tracking website in real-time?

If you go to the Apple page and click on the Track Shipment you'll arrive at the UPS site.
In the top box, under the scheduled delivery date you'll see "send updates" box.
Click on that and tick the "one time only update" button, making sure your details are filled in (they probably will be) then click on the update button and you'll receive an email.
In that email it'll give much more detail. Particularly important is that it will define whether the last scan was an arrival scan or a departure scan. If it's a departure scan it'll have a time stamp. That will tell you roughly what time it left on a flight (if it has).
On a UPS flight the flight number is the UPS route number (in my case UPS11) dropping the "UPS" and replacing it with 5X. So my flight number is 5X11. You can then search for that flight number on Flightradar24 or similar.
You can find the UPS route number in UPS documentation on the tinterweb by searching for UPS routes from CLK.

Thanks for this. I also downloaded their app.
