Anyone else still stuck on "Rescheduled delivery"? I ordered a couple hours after the keynote, and people are getting similar machines (Mac mini 16GB/1TB) way earlier... original ETA on UPS before this happened was Friday, Nov 20. View attachment 1672512

Cancelled my online order and picked up mine that local Apple Store. Right now, it is migrating from my mid-2012 MBP. Looks like 5 hours to go before I can play with it. But, it is pretty to look at!

Ordered 1.5 hours after the event, MBP SG 16/512GB to Germany.

No movement since around 1.5 days. Shipped by UPS which are the only ones not delivering on Saturdays, so projected date is the 23rd. Still hoping for Friday instead ?

Thanks @indigena I was getting quite jealous of everyone else ... I ordered, at a similar time, the same machine to the UK. My UPS tracking status almost perfectly matches yours. Delivery prediction is 24th, maybe there is an extra day for a hop from Germany to the UK. Be nice to get it sooner though.


... Update: and now arrived "Chek Lap Kok, Hong Kong" getting closer ... now what's happened to UPS4

Update 11/18: 13" MacBook Pro SG 16/256 still on processing with no update on shipping date. Ordered November 11th. I think the supply of the 16/256 MBP specifically might be limited, as people on this thread with 16/512 who ordered after me and had original quoted delivery dates of December have had their MacBooks shipped. That's unfortunate, and watching the reviews, benchmarks, and performance tests that came out yesterday have not helped my patience!

This is the exact situation I am in - same date, same spec. I have nothing to add - just driving me crazy too as I constantly hit refresh and get nothing.

You were right. I bit the bullet and switched to 1TB SSD 16GB MBPro ?. Ordered for pick up this evening.

Coming from a 2013 MBP... "wow" is all I've got at the moment. I know the rumored 14 inch model will be too much machine for me as even this computer is. I just hope I can sell and upgrade when and if the time comes. Honestly though... this is a VAST upgrade for me... and all I've done is surfed the web.

How many of you buy screen protectors, cases and all of that jazz? I bought a Tiffany Blue iKing shell case but I'm now realizing the model # isn't compatible ?

Congrats to everyone who has received their new rig. Sadly my SG Pro 16/512, which I ordered right after the event, has been sitting with UPS in Shanghai for two days and now the tracker just updated to say it will be delivered on the 24th (next Tuesday), after saying it would come on the 20th (this Friday) for the last couple days. The wait continues!

That is a bummer! Hang in there!

Awesome. I'll have to return my Tiffany Blue case. It was so pretty but I'm not even about to try to put that sucker on the new MBP.

Canceled my 7 Core/16GB/512GB Air for December Delivery and picked up an 8 Core/16GB/1TB today at the Apple Store.

I am a basic user and my mind is absolutely blown. I'm coming from a loaded Late 2013 MB PRO (i5/16GB RAM). This thing is faster than I know what to do with. Did 2 rounds of updates after setup, Working in Safari and Numbers, Messaging on iMessage and WhatsApp Desktop, some designing in Affinity.

At one point, for fun, I opened every app in the Applications folder while playing 4K Youtube video and continued on my spreadsheet with not even a hiccup. The laptop wasn't even warm!

I turned on the laptop at 89% and 5 Hours of continuous use, all the heavy initial indexing, I am sitting at 35%. This is the real deal, folks.

Called Apple and was told PC is custom order and will ship as soon as possible.
Hope they are overestimating and it will arrive sooner.

Best Buy has SG MBP 8gb/512 on its site for delivery on 11/20.
Ordered MBP 16gb/512 from Apple with delivery 12/7 -12/14.
Don't know if I should wait for the 8gb extra RAM.
What do you all think?

I’ve got the same deal on a MacMini same specs. Shipping “as soon as possible”? I wonder if they are even going to make their dates specified on ordering?

Bestbuy didn't have 16gb MBP's even as an option.
Or the Air, had 512 storage but no 16gb. Still delivery by 11/20
