Toronto folks - I just got my delivery today so it looks like they’re finally going out.
I'm getting mine on the 20th too. Yo, I think we may be on the same plane because mine left a 11:25pm as well. I'm in Texas, and I got a 13 inch macbook pro with 512gb and 16gb. Where are you at just curious?Looks like I might be getting mine early!

I’m in the Midwest.I'm getting mine on the 20th too. Yo, I think we may be on the same plane because mine left a 11:25pm as well. I'm in Texas, and I got a 13 inch macbook pro with 512gb and 16gb. Where are you at just curious?
considering the same thing. Waiting until Christmas would be crazySorry if this has already been answered. Will the 16GB RAM versions of these MacBooks NEVER be available in stores because they're considered custom?
I'm on the fence about just picking up a 8GB version in store instead of waiting till December (4-11) for a 16GB to be shipped. Thoughts?
Which config, and when did you order?Looks like I might be getting mine early!

Maybe they realized they were screwing you over again and decided to send you one of the stocked items?SHIP UPDATE QUESTION:
All of a sudden without Apple notifying me, FEDEX just alerted me of a shipment from Rialto, CA.
Apple says it's still "Processing".
FEDEX says delivery 11/19 from: Apple GEODIS (800) 692-7753 in Rialto, CA.
Where did this M1 Mac come from - no tracking from China?
It's as if it was already in the US.
Anyone ?

512GB/16Gb 8 core GPU MBA. Ordered November 10th.Which config, and when did you order?
I was thinking the same as you!Maybe they realized they were screwing you over again and decided to send you one of the stocked items?
Apple was probably like, "oh yeah, we effed up her iPhone order and she returned it and we lost out on her financing the item" let's make sure we send this item to her ASAP. SKIP CHINA SHIPPING!
(I'm mostly kidding of course). What was your initial delivery date?
FedEx, huh? This is all kinds of strange.
Seems like the MBP 16/1TB is in stock at a local Apple Store for pickup.
Should I cancel at go for pickup instead?
If Macbooks are supposed to last a long time, then might as well get the specs up for future-proofing. At least that's what I think.I'd say yes if it's the spec you wanted but if it's just to get it earlier it's a lot of money to spend on extra storage you didn't need just to get it earlier.
