I ordered a 16GB/512GB Air that just switched to “preparing to ship” today (the charge hit my card, as well). Perhaps that means it will arrive by the end of next week.
The delivery date shows Nov 17-18 when I ordered. Country: United States
I have just checked the apple store again, and the date has changed to Nov 19-26

Ordered the MB Air on the first day, cancelled, then ordered the MacMini day two. My own fault for indecision
That also helped to do me in regarding delivery in December. But, I just could not go only 8GBCurse my 16gb memory choice haha 2-3 weeks

It might ship quicker. I ordered both an 8GB and 16GB Air. The 8GB was arriving 11/17-18 with the 16GB 11/24-27. But now I just saw my card get charged for the 16GB and it moving to preparing to ship. So it looks like I’ll get the 16GB by the end of next week.Curse my 16gb memory choice haha 2-3 weeks
I just got a FedEx tracking number! Oddly my base MacBook Air is shipping UPS while my custom build is shipping FedEx.
Ordered base MBAir yesterday due to some indecision. Est date was Nov 30-Dec 8.
Item shipped yesterday and is expected to arrive on Monday. I'll take it and I'm happy.

Which county are you in? I ordered on Tuesday after the event, but order is still processing and now it says Nov 19-27. Mine is also MBA base.
The shipping/shipment is happening in two phases.1st Phase of Shipping China to US (Country of Destination) UPS, Second Phase within the country via FedEx.

Usually if UPS ships it from China to the US they finish the job. My guess is the same with FedEx.

Ordered kind of late, but I had to decide between a Mini and the MacBook Air. Looking forward to the the Air!
My Mac mini is preparing for shipment for two days now, I wonder if it’s going to arrive on launch day November 17, even though it’s slated for November 25-27.
I ordered it 1 min after the app went live, and immediately hit with that shipping time. But I canceled and reordered with maxed out RAM and 1 TB of storage because I’m rich (and popular) about an hour later.
