Remember to check the refurb store - savings are in the hundreds of dollars - and check prices for stuff like apple care at other vendors. Depending on the model you are purchasing, you can save $60+ by getting apple care at Amazon.

You could grab a free printer via the rebate and resell it - that would give you in the neighbourhood of a promo code.
