Keeping.
I’m still getting used to wearing the AVP, but I’ve discovered a few applications that keep me coming back to it. These are:
  • Immersive experiences
  • Gazing at panoramas in Photos
  • Watching F1 races with a 3D race track (Vroom)
  • Examining 3-D objects I’ve designed in Fusion imported as a .usdz file on the AVP
  • Flying over the Google Earth world using FLY
  • Using Voyager to watch planes takeoff and land at the local airport
Many other use cases are better served by my iPad, iPhone or my Mac, so it’s not a replacement for those, but it is a wonderful addition.

Exactly - it is a new world to be discovered.

If I may add an additional App:
Get "Sky Guide" and play with the planets in the planetarium.

I decided to keep it because I was thoroughly sold on the concept of spatial computing.

Today I took delivery of the Annapro headband which completely transforms the comfort. I then took the light seal off… and... absolute game changer. The addition of a good field of view makes spatial computing truly amazing.

Anybody on the fence, get one ordered ASAP and try it, you won’t regret it.
How long did it take for your annapro to arrive to the UK it’s been over a week so far here

I think I ordered it on Tuesday and got it Saturday. The lead time suggested it would be longer though.

FWIW - it just arrived, I didn’t get a notification it was out. Hope you get it soon!

Are you struggling with comfort?

Stolen would be locked out. You'll need to test it very well. Or ask the seller to provide you the serial number so you could check with Apple.
Another possibility is that some could be fake, Chinese knock offs.
I know, doesn't mean they sell it without telling them. If it is noticeable China fakes well uck

Regarding these offerup offers:
Who on earth would sell a device, initially worth 3500$, a couple of month after launch for 800$ indluding original warranty? On Ebay it could be worth 2000 or even more.

What could be wrong with such an offer....
I have no sympathy for anyone who falls for something like this.

So many things wrong with the site that 91% of 1465 reviews are 1 star (out of 5).

That’s why I said: “act cautiously”.
OfferUp started okay, but the users have turned it into junk.
Yes, there are lots of scams and other misleading posts.
Ugh!

Guys, does it really worth it? I am thinking between Apples Vision or a drone
When you realize you need to get a license and a background check to operate a drone and that you will have to comply with many rules and regulations. And that it will not fly near a main highway, or that your neighbors can sue you for looking towards their homes, you may change your mind. Unless you plan to go out of the city to operate it, it may not be fun.
And eventually the fun runs out.
