I suspect anyone without shipping now has it coming from regional hub / partner (like syncreon in UK). Even when it comes via DHL in Europe to UK, I saw "shipped", its just the tracking didn't work until the bulk ship hit the main hub at eindhoven and was split into individual orders.
The jump on delivery dates from 22nd right to October also hints that further models are coming by that low carbon route to regional hubs of some sort.

I also think sadly, that with Apple taking this approach this year of shipping so much for the same day, that we should prepare for some of us to be disappointed when it doesn't go perfect.

I got a nice surprise email from Verizon today that my Ultra 2 watch has "shipped". My original anticipated ship date was October 13th. I do have a UPS tracking number that has an Origin Scan in West Chester, PA at 9:44 AM on 9/19/2023. It has a scheduled delivery date of Friday 9/22/2023 as expected with UPS Next Day Air Saver service level so I doubt anything will change in the tracking until Thursday sometime.

I got a delivery date or 3rd October online but when I placed order it’s saying 13th to 17th October? It was letting me pick up yesterday but not today? Anybody else expecting to wait that long for the SE or Series 9?

I think more detail comes up once it arrives in Eindhoven (the Europe hub) and the bulk delivery from china is split out.

Mine is still preparing for shipment also.
For Europe I think they come from Amsterdam, so they should be there by now and we'll receive the tracking number once it leaves Amsterdam.

Do you have already a tracking number?

No Edgar. Mine is still preparing for shipping according to apples website. The phone has shipped. Well I shouldn’t say that. Something is coming from apple and it’s in china. It could be the watch or it could be the phone. I dunno.

This isn’t Apples first rodeo. After playing this game for so many years if they say the 22nd it’ll be the 22nd. Two more days!!

Agreed - only risk is if the final mile couriers have a blip (last year they ran into traffic near my house and claimed no one was home).
