I invested in a Kickstarter project called Get-Click. They update regularly and getting ready to produce. The cool part is the watchband adapters are being made in a polymer to match or even better, Aluminum and Stainless steel to match the color of the Apple watch (Yes Space Grey as well).

I am only a biker and have nothing else to do with them...but I would take a look at them.

My watch is aluminum silver and the adapter is more of a stainless steel, but it seems to work regardless. I think they come in 38mm and 42mm, and they have the SG color and gold.

I have the Hoco stainless steel band and the adapters that came with it aren't that great. These ones go in firmly and you can tell that it's a snug, solid fit. It doesn't rock back and forth like the Hoco adapter. As soon as I received it I purchased another once since I have other bands that I want to be able to swap out easily. Did I mention that it's Prime! :)

Nice strap, where did you get it?

I backed Click as well but one of the last updates was a pre-production model. They are taking forever at this rate so I got a refund of my Pre-order.

What size band is the leather? Another Amazon reviewer said his 24mm band fit perfectly

I also backed Click. They originally stated June, so I figured mid July. (I've never had a Kickstarter project make its original goal.)

I feel they're still worth the wait...not to mention the bands I'll get from them.

I like this new adapter better than the regular ones out there. They are not as popular yet and I haven't found anything sells them with bands. But I don't mind buying separate adapters so I can buy cheaper bands. I bought them from this guy at ebay. They only come with Silver color only but has both the 38 and 42mm sizes.

Maybe it's because it's a different strap, but I bought a Hoco leather strap from eBay. Completely hated the strap, it's in the bin. But the adapters that were on it are a perfect fit and match for my SS watch.

luckyblue, that's a pretty nice pairing. Thanks for the review of the adapters. BTW does this brand come with phillips screws as shown in the photo? I know Apple's and some seller on e bay that is advertising they are OEM manufacturers are using the different screw style.

How easy are the adapters to attach....the little screwdriver in photos makes me wonder if I would be able to do it?!

The adapter based off of Apples own Classic Buckle strap uses tiny little Pentalobe screws to assemble the adapter around your own band. After assembly, the band can not be removed from the adapter or changed without unscrewing the little screws. Some of the adapters substitute Philips screws but they're just as tiny. Stripping the screws or stripping the head with the wrong screwdriver means you're stuck. Losing a screw also means you're stuck since you're not going to find that type of screw at your local hardware store. These screws should also be used with thread locker to make sure you don't lose your watch.
It's not difficult. Just more involved than your typical watch band.

The adapter shown by editorious doesn't use any screws. That long metal thing is a spring bar tool, not a screwdriver, and it's used for compressing the spring bars during band installation or removal.
That kind is the more traditional method and replacement spring bars are standard and easily removeable/replaceable.

Just received my silver 42mm adapters from the Ebay guy

Shipped from USA. Excelent quality and fit. A deal at $17.00.
He has two adapters listed, that look the same. One says it is Silver and the other one says the same thing without the silver. The one you got, does it match the stainless steel Apple Watch.

Here are the two links. I ordered the other one, but cancelled it thinking I ordered the wrong one.

That is the one you have up

Same person but doesn't say Silver on it.

Now I am confused. Which one is right for the SS Apple Watch?

I got them too, like them a lot. Now he needs to sell space gray ones, I'd buy at least 3 pairs.
I'm waiting on the gray also. I ordered the ones from Click but I like these better. The Click ones only go to 22mm but these go to 24mm.
22mm just looks a tad small to me on the 42mm watch.

Mine were polished SS on the ends and brushed SS on the rest of the adaptor.

I ordered from [URL='http://www.ebay.com/itm/281688911285?_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649&var=580694146440&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT' said:

Thanks for the answer.
I ordered the wrong one and cancelled it. I ordered the all brushed SS by mistake. Do you have the SS Apple Watch? How does the adapter fit. How does it look? Up to 24 will fit the pins?

Mine is 42mm SS. Adapter looks just as photo. Very good quality to my eye.
Perfect fit and much nicer looking than the Apple copies with those tiny screws that will strip or fall out depending on the Locktite used.Spring pins make changing straps easy and most important....reliable.
