Me! I’m going to give it a shot to see what’s it’s like to have cellular. Can’t wait!
Just found out from My Verizon app that it’s in Fresno waiting for UPS to pick it up for next day air so I should have it after the ups man goes to lunch tomorrow 😜
I’ve always got cellular because VZ makes it so easy to afford one. That said the cellular part can be a little iffy sometimes so I don’t totally depend on it for calls but it’s cool to take walks and have music and podcasts etc without having to carry the phone.
For DPD, dont worry yet. They'll have released a load of old tracking numbers to Apple, and once they pick up the parcels and scan things etc, the new tracking will activate.
Conformation email was sent 10 min after ordering opened Friday
AW arrived in Kentucky earlier in the night.
I’m in Canada, so hopefully things start moving along again soon and it crosses the border to make it in time to my local sort facility for delivery tomorrow.

Should I expect to be able to track it on UPS in the next day or two. I understand the full order number is being used this time around, is that correct?
I did, managed to preorder last week. I ordered a midnight 45mm Aluminium with midnight sports band GPS only as I don't use cellular and always have my iPhone with me, I'm just gonna use my sport loop strap I been using with my series 4. Excited to upgrade finally!
While typing this I've just got an email from DPD saying delivery is tomorrow. I never usually get any Apple products on launch day but I decided to go for it this time.
In Canada, just got shipping notification for delivery tomorrow! WOOT! Can't wait to replace my series 2!
Same for my watch. Which version did you ordered? I got Nike aluminum with the Pure Platinum/Black Nike Sport Band.

Ugh, why is everyone with an Oct 19+ delivery date getting movement on their orders. Mine's supposed to deliver Oct 18 and it's been stuck in processing since forever. Starting to get really anxious here.
Well yesterday Verizon charged my card and said my order was “received”. Was hoping to wake up to a tracking number but nothing yet….still processing. Blah
Thanks, probably explains why my postcode isn’t working. The tracking reference was for a delivery they made in February!

I pre-ordered the Midnight S7 45mm with Midnight Sport Band on pre-order day from Very.co.uk as there was a 10% off promo on it! Discount on a pre-order is always sweet especially when it is an Apple product!
Anyway, there was movement in my order tracking last night saying "Parcel being packed".. which usually means I should get the "dispatched" email today sometime and delivery will be as promised (tomorrow)!
On a side note, I am liking the look of the 45mm Midnight Leather Link (in stock on Amazon UK) but the £99 cost is making me resist at the moment.
