Pardon my Norwegian… Just posted to show the timestamps, I think it’s interesting.
Ordered 45mm SS gold with California Poppy Leather Link last Friday. CC pending on Sunday, withdrawn Monday. Then the “preparing…” status until yesterday evening (got me worried about delays for some time). Then it all seemed to move quite swiftly, and I’ll definitely get it today 😃 🤩🥳
And a big thanks to those who advised on getting a DHL registered profile. Did it and found out yesterday morning that DHL at least had gotten a notice from Apple on some impending cargo. This forum/community really works!👍♥️
the last flight of my watch got delayed… it’s in the city (Berlin/Germany… you just gotta hate that stupid “new” non-working- so called “airport”…) left the airport about an hour ago but I doubt it’ll arrive at a UPS hub before cut off time to be put in the local delivery truck…😢 I would guess the usual delivery trucks are already on it’s ways…
I don’t know if UPS is doing a 2 later trip here in my area…

I’m sitting up in bed, cup of coffee (thinking of a 2nd soon) “planning“ my trip in to the Belfast Apple store for the umpteenth time😂
I’ll take the 09:11 train that will get me there very early but should miss all the commuters. And I’ve all my life worked on the principle better ten minutes early than a minute late. I can build up my steps. Why don’t I drive? As an oldie I get a travel card that gives me free travel on all public transport throughout the island of Ireland.
Two watches to collect, one for me and the other for my wife. I’ve resisted the temptation, so far, to buy a graphite Milanese loop. I’ve enough straps and I’m not sure it’s worth another £99.

Nothing I can see in the UK stores, but with the case/strap combinations, who knows.

I’m getting nervous, was expecting a midnight aluminium today (UK), charged immediately, shipped yesterday, but the DPD tracking info never updated… I know they rotate tracking numbers, but at 7am on the day of delivery I’m still seeing this nonsense. 😳

Not necessarily anything to worry about - albeit keep some screenshots just in case.
Do you have the DPD app with your phone & email confirmed in it? That tends to pop up with orders they have for you - if that one shows there, it's probably a good sign someone hasn't scanned something yet.

I’m part of the usual UK posse, Jinjin has created a UK specific MBP thread for us. I’ll be joining both UK & USA threads when I can! 👍 We do get jealous of your plane tracking this side of the pond!
It's with UPS but normaly goes to a private company called TousFacteurs , they send you a texte with delivery widow and you can follow te delivery guy on his bike in real time which is pretty cool. Today delivery 🤞🏻

Yeah, generally trust them, not really had the recycled tracking number before but on the whole I’d have started seeing movement from Hinckley by now. I have the app and that’s normally efficient but it shows nothing. The screenshot above it what I see when I click tracking on the apple App Store. Adding my postcode just tells me it doesn’t match the delivery address (but I know the details are correct from the order) 🤷🏻♂️🤞

They’re early - ordered mine just before 7 for pickup tomorrow. I’ve taken a bit of a punt and gone for the bigger size and my first non SS (this will be my 4th watch)..
For any UK folk looking still. A good few series 7 models showing up at John Lewis this morning, some of them allow to add to basket, should become available from 8am

Yes, you should have seen DPD movement from Hinkley last night after 7pm with your tracking number then a further tracking update this morning with a designated time slot & driver for delivery today.
Possibly worth a quick call in to DPD to check it’s all ok. Overall, DPD are extremely reliable & efficient, especially via the app so you should be ok and they’ve maybe just not updated your tracking details etc.

UK here. Got an SMS alert from DHL yesterday and watch is in China as ‘item picked’ but no official delivery date by them available yet. Apple Store tells me it’s October 21.
However, up until this morning my payment on my card has been pending, now though it’s completely disappeared from my bank statement and the money seems to be back in my account, not just floating there waiting to be removed by Apple.
Anyone know what’s going on or have the same? I paid by Apple Pay and all my payment details are correct and I certainly have enough dosh in my account!!!

I’m hoping to get a slot soon as I paid for morning VIP delivery. Usually get the same driver, but it’s always mid afternoon and I start work at 12.30.
Old watch is long gone, sold it to a mate 😁😂
