Oh how I miss Australia!!! Spent 2 weeks in Singapore, then flew to Melbourne for a week, then another week in Sydney. I love it when you talk to Aussies about shark attacks. They act like they never happen and yet when you check the news there always seems to be a shark attack! LOL. It doesn't bother me. Spent a day at Bondi Beach Club and the beach. I was in the ocean for hours, albeit with Helicopters flying overhead. and the life guards don't take ****. I got yelled at several times by one on a jet ski. LOL
We should be able to welcome you guys back soon! No quarantine needed for international arrivals from Nov 1 in NSW and VIC for Australians and tourists should be allowed in as well maybe early next year. 🦘🇦🇺

Be carful doing this, I had to argue with apple on the phone for 30 minutes so I could get my solo loop band replaced for a smaller size, they wanted me to send the whole watch back and wait 5 weeks for a replacement. 🤦‍♂️😂🙄

Luckily one of their workers had a brain and offered me a replacement band.
Yeah, that's one of my thoughts. Also, I return and exchange things with enough frequency that i'm constantly worried I'll burn bridges. It horrifies me to imagine Apple banning me!

Make sure you don’t buy all of our apple products when you’re welcome back here. 😊

I buy and return Apple products all the time but i also keep a lot of them. If they checked my order history and amount of money I’ve spent, I’d be classified as an Apple enthusiast or Apple fanboy 🤣😅

I posted this on Monday… you know how much I ended up paying for gas right. V8 18 gallon, full tank… it will last just one week. Don’t feel too bad or too broke.

@LasersGoPewPew wanna switch cars 😂

This looks like the pump when I fill my 986. lol. I try not to let it get below half a tank. Usually take about $30 to fill from half.

You won’t burn any bridges, I’ve gotten freebies because of late deliveries, returned items without any issues at all.

Just be polite and well mannered when speaking to them, put on a sad voice as well, you’ll be surprised what they’ll do for you if you follow these steps. 😂

For my 500th post (yes, it took me 11 years to hit), I want to thank you guys for everything. This thread alone has kept me extremely entertained and very informed. I really appreciate it. I look forward to all of you talking me into more purchases. I do need a new iPad. That's for another day......................... - Christian

If you only went to Sydney and Melbourne you've seen the worst and Bondi is the worst beach in the country lol.

As a surfer nothing funny about shark attacks, guy had his arm bitten off and died on fathers day this year, 20 mins up the road from me, left a pregnant wife behind.

Maybe think about if you’ll be okay with the 45 if it looks too big? Mine looked way big, but I kinda loved that. Mine felt way big and I didn’t like that. Literally woke up in the night with sore wrist. So maybe consider what you’ll do in the various what-if scenarios, and remember if you like it, it doesn’t matter what other people think of how it looks. We’ll encourage you to enjoy it.

I usually wear my watch when I'm at work all day, and when I'm working out (Loving the Apple Fitness+), and when I sleep. I take it off in the evening when I'm done with work for the day and when I'm at home on weekends, not going anywhere. I sleep with my watch because I'm Deaf and the haptic system in the watch vibrates and helps me wake up in time in the morning. I have a special alarm clock that helps me wake up in the morning (flashing light and a bed vibrator) but sometimes my alarm clock doesn't always work and I use my watch as a backup. I wasn't sure if the new 41mm watch would be similar to the Series 3 42mm. But I've always enjoyed the bigger watch look and appreciate the bigger screen for readability and battery power. I guess I was just a little worried on the 45mm looking too big to where it starts to look like a computer on your wrist rather than as a watch haha.

Sounds like it could be an adventure—How about planning something fun over there to do so if Apple doesn’t have your watch, you can still have a fun reason for that trip?

I actually did make plans! I'm actually doing engagement photos for one of my best friends from college. It was planned weeks ago haha. We were originally shooting for Sunday this weekend to do the photos, but the weather is predicting 90-100% chance of rain on Sunday and Saturday seemed better to do photos (hopefully) *knocks on wood* but I told my friend that I was planning on driving down anyways because of the AW7 so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that they have them in stock tomorrow. But not keeping any high hopes!

Bondi is the worst for so many things not just surfing.
Any of the beaches north of the city are far better.
