Yep, all the way to max, even have haptics prominent alerts on, apparently it’s the stainless steel that gives you a weaker haptic feel. 🤔
Keep us posted plz, hardly feel alerts coming in sometimes. 🤦♂️ My aluminum model had way stronger haptics.

It has to do with density, I think. Steel is more dense, which makes the haptics feel weaker. I think it’s more important that steel models be worn snug enough to feel them. It’s worth it to me.
I’ve not had an aluminum model before, but I’ve set the haptic feedback to Prominent, and it’s very noticeable.
Love the look of the stainless steel Watch, might have to take my phone off silent now, just incase I miss a alert on my watch. 🤦♂️
Had that setting on from the get go, still not strong enough. 🤦♂️
One of the best surfs I've had was at Corsair on a surf trip on the way to SA, mate lived at Queenscliff and took us over there, was a bit scary coming back across Port Phillip Bay in the dark in a little tinnie lol.

I had a AW SE last week and it feels the same as the stainless steel S7.
There’s no way one is stronger than the other. Have you tried wearing the same band as before? Tightness of the band?

It’s not for everyone but I enjoy having literally zero maintenance. 😀
That’s not good. Even when I loosen my band throughout the day, I still feel the feedback. Maybe take it the Apple store and have it looked at? Or, if they have your model in stock see if you can exchange.
It was a few years ago that I read something about if you have a high pain tolerance threshold, that it will be harder to fell the feedback. Just a thought 🤷♀️. Then again, @PaladinGuy is probably on the right track.

Yeah. I agree. My GF had to go there for work, so i just tagged along. I had a month sabatical, so it worked out perfect. Next time I gotta see the REAL Australia.
