Me too, I've been told it's the band combination that screwed me. That's alright... I can wait and get the one i want.

Yeah it does tend to be the band is more than anything that can vary the delivery dates

what size band (alpine loop) is my concern. my wrist measures 155mm (when making ruler tight) . I use a braided solo loop size 4 (the measuring tool suggested 5 but it was too loose). Does a small band make sense?

Nobody likes the Ocean bands? Now that I think about it, maybe the many holes can fill up with gunk over time. Change my order 🤔

Alpine Green 9/23. Kinda wish they had the Alpine band in Black but oh well.

I was looking to just get a regular 8 to replace my 4 which has been great. I was expecting the price to be closer to the 1k area. Looking at all the features and the price made going for the ultra a pretty easy decision.

I was expecting $1199 at one point. $799 kinda feels like original iPad price reveal moment with the "wow, only that much?" factor.

Just ordered the Apple Watch Ultra Titanium Case with White Ocean Band deliveries Sept 23rd for my wife.
And for me the Apple Watch Ultra Titanium Case with Black/Gray Trail Loop deliveries OCTOBER 20-27th.... Both with AppleCare.
No NEW iPhone for us this year we'll both stick to the 12 ProMax, I don't like the idea of being sim-less.

Seeing how much warmer the Ultra’s case looks in in-person photos, I’m not sure it would look great on the link, anyways. The Edition was also warm, but the smaller case made it less noticeable.

Just hope Apple don't use UPS in the UK, they haven't been delivering here the last few weeks while marking the status as delivered.

There was no option to pick up in store.

‘I have the same watch and bank coming on 9-23. I also wish they had the Alpine in black. I did order the black/grey and grey/blue delivering in November. I thought the Ultra would cost way more. I can’t wait and could care less about people thinking it is large, I am buying it for ME and not others and look forward to the extra features and larger screen!

Some of the standalone Ultra bands aren’t shipping until November now!? Was looking to get a trail one but I guess its short supply for even watch straps now?
