The new $80 Beats solo buds launch on Thursday, so perhaps they'll begin then to get people to impulse buy them like candy at the cash registers at stores. 
Tomorrow being a federal holiday does not preclude today or tomorrow. In fact, federal holidays where stores remain open are a GREAT shopping day for businesses.

Why go through the trouble this close to the launch? They charge you for the gift card and deduct the price from the device, so it sounds like a headache.
Nah she said u just write them when the offer is out and they will give you whatever the promotion is like a GC or airpods or whatever they come up with this year...

Most likely thursday. Ppl in software know to not launch things day before everyones gone. But i dono about apple maybe their oncall is pretty aggressive
So it is from the date you place the order. Not from the date you receive your item. Apple's return policy is 14 days from when you receive the item. So someone up thread claiming "within the return window" was incorrect.

one thing i will say though is that it's highly likely if you take the 2 year financing offer from apple, it'll be hard for them to match and give you a gift card. in the fine print, apple says that they charge you for the gift card in the financing or something like that. I dont' have proof of this just saying if I were to purchase early thinking apple will give me a gc, i'd pay it all up front for the best chance.
How do Apple trade in values last? Apple is stating my Ipad Pro 11 1st gen is worth 235 and has been stating that for two months now.
They usually last at least a year as far as I know, your 235 trade in value will most likely still hold.

I was just on the call with Apple support for a different issue and asked the customer rep if Apple provides whatever the promotion is to already existing order (if within return period), and the rep unintentionally told me to wait one more day to make my purchase, so tomorrow is looking good.
Definitely not. Looks like last year it went live at ~6AM PST, and in 2022 it went live at ~5AM PST. So I guess that's really just a few hours off, in all likelihood.
