That's a bit unfortunate, personally I still think that AF is the most flexible and versatile of all three of Wicknix's 10.6.8 endeavours. Interweb I dropped right away, there was an essential feature missing (can't remember which, offhand). SpiderWeb I use very often, either in the case of sites that are not fully functional in AF (strangely, mostly delivery companies and crypto sites, but also, I found out yesterday, Archive.org), or, most important, those sites that require the use of Google and similar spying code: if you set it up properly, with the right add-ons, SW is perfect when it comes to erasing everything you've done as soon as you close a tab or the application itself. But there are certain AF (= Mozilla) features (Pin Tabs, for example) that are absent in SW.Thanks guys, UBlock seems to block ads on youtube nicely when using Interweb and SpiderWeb. I will use those now instead of AF.
I still don't have any adds whatsoever showing in the pages of YouTube in AF with uBO 1.16.4.28. Could it be because scripts by Google, Amazon adds, Doubleclick and plenty of others that are dying to come and bug me are being blocked by the NoScript add-on? Or that besides uBO another add-on (Decentraleyes?) is also helping keep adds at bay? Off course I don't log in to YT.
Now, if your problem is related to the adds that YT embeds in the videos themselves — the existence of which I was blissfully unaware of until a couple of days ago, when I happened to look at someone else's computer — I guess that always downloading the videos with SaveTube(+) instead of watching them inline, plus using the AutoPlay Toggle add-on, is what has spared me to this day.
