Too many basic functions have bugs at this point.
Hoping they get fixed. Thankfully my main device is not iOS.

Android messages won't forward or submit properly from my IPP
Mail has a number of bugs especially with notifications
Safari has a few new issues on reloads and sensitivity
Spell check has some serious issues

I haven’t ha anything that bad yet. I had it on my 8 plus for a day and no issues noted.
on my 11 I have had a few issues with CarPlay it froze once and I’ve had an issue with it not muting the audio during directions. The improvements to CarPlay are brilliant though.

Silencing unkown callers is no big deal. That could be achieved previously by means of Do Not Disturb. It's nothing new.
What I really want to see is an option to silence calls with no caller ID. I want to receive calls from unknown numbers, but not with hidden caller ID. I find it unbelievable that after more than a decade of iPhones Apple still doesn't seem to grasp this simple concept.

Has to be the buggiest release since iOS 7. It's pretty bad. Mail-app not working at all for me with 2x Office365/Exchange accounts. Apple Music killing my mobile data because downloading songs for offline usage is utterly bugged so it just keeps downloading, starting over, downloading, starting over. My library of 5-6 GB of music has killed over 20 GB of mobile data... Can't even clear the library. Disabling Apple Music and Sync in the settings doesn't do anything, it's all there in the app regardless.. Siri Shortcuts database had to be reset.

iOS 13.1 seems like a much better release. At least BETA2-3 was running MUUUUCH better for me than iOS 13 GM. This should have never released.

Something is definitely better about battery use. I'm on an old 7 Plus with 70% battery health, I usually arrive at work in the morning with 70% battery left after the night's full charge - today I'm at 83%. Not sure what this says in general since my battery is so worn out but anyway, for me a definite improvement.

Otherwise of course finding bugs all over the place but nothing serious with the apps I use.

It feels like a beta version. Too many bugs are still there. Yes in the surface its okay but I you use more "obscure" options (like accessibility ones) its not working well at all.

Almost, but this "almost" relates to things that takes a little getting used to. Such as rearranging the apps, new drop down menu in Safari, moving undo and redo buttons to upper right corner instead of being in lower corner in Preview...such little things. Nothing scary, it will be OK. But overall, it's OK.

Quite buggy and sluggish on my XS Max. Safari crashing/freezing frequently. User interface not doing what is expected, and then again doing it with hefty delay. Very strange! Haven't had such a buggy version for ages.

I dont like the bookmark page 'gap' that appears up top on my iphone 8 and the safari toolbar icons look to have been made a tad smaller, noticeable. Apart from those two annoyance its ....'same as same as'

Has anyone noticed their iPhones heating up a lot more compared to 12.4.1? I played around with 13 for a day and my 7 was so hot doing basic light things. It wasn’t indexing either. I’d let it sit and it would cool right off. But then after opening a few apps the processor would heat right up within minutes. It’s like it’s maxing our every time I open and app or scroll around. I dropped back to 12.4.1 because of this.

I have a XS and I am having the same heating up issue doing basic tasks and it's annoying. I hope 13.1 fixes that issue.

i love it! The swipe keyboard is fantastic, the new way to delete emails that are junk by dragging your finger is the best feature now.

Several blogs and websites are reporting bluetooth issues with iOS 13. One of the symptoms is crackling audio. I'm noticing brief audio dropouts and crackling sounds with AirPods and Powerbeats 3. Let's hope iOS 13.1 resolves this issue along with others like FaceID latency issues.

No. I’m noticing many crashes when scrolling for pics from an app.

Mail client is terrible.

Dark mode inconsistency is terrible.

Apps getting stuck in drags down mode (half screen peek) and I have to force close the app. This is happening all over the place.

Very buggy. But usable. But it’s definitely a beta product.

Very Happy on my 6s
I’m getting exceptional battery performance, I’m not sure if it’s iOS 13 or the Dark Mode or Both but I’m getting terrific battery time.

My X froze today - can't say that has happened with a phone of mine in many years.
Restart fixed it.

Once they get these bugs ironed out, this should be a great iOS. Performance as far as speed is wonderful.
