Are you using the new bug on your phone?

  • Yes. My iPhone FEELS so incredible fast. I hope Apple never fixes this.

Can anyone confirm if this has been fixed in the 9.3 public release?

Seems like it took a little longer to get it to work but it still does. I am quite glad it still works, air 2 seemed rather lethargic when 9.3 install was complete.

ok, so I still need to keep trying on the iPhone
[doublepost=1458594012][/doublepost]Got this working now. Took a bit of time.

And my 3-push dark screen.

Is anyone having there "disable animation" fix go away in the middle of the night? My iPhone 6S+ seems to remove it after I put the phone down at night to charge for the night. When I look at the phone in the morning the screens open up slowly, clunky and I have to re-enable the "fix" to speed it up. This has started since installing the public release of 9.3. Did not happen on any of the Betas.

Curious to know if anyone else is seeing this.

A few people mentioned it happening. Basically the phone sometimes restarts or even just resprings and that will be enough to reset that "bug".

I doubt its because of a restart as TouchID would not be active until I enter my passcode to unlock it. It's probably the spring board "re-springing"

Right. I've had it happen both ways basically.

haven't had to re enable the "bug" on my 6s since I enabled it when 9.3 was released

Anyone find after using the "bug" going back to without having it is just painful? I updated my phone last night to 9.3.1 and after it rebooted the animations just seem to slow down the phone. As soon as a I do the "fix" the device becomes so much snappier and faster.

Seriously yes.
The OS feels like I am scrolling through a syrup encumbered device without it. Like it's in slo-mo.
It is amazing how little things like this kill-animation bug can make a device feel so much better.

I've noticed my animation glitch/bug fix seems to keep reverting back to regular. :(
I miss the super-quick response time and it seems to take a lot longer to get the fix/glitch to work for me now.

I tried a simple stop of animations but that just uses a slow blur/fade. i don't want any of that stuff!!

When it reverts, it is amazing how slow my 6S+ feels. Apple seriously needs to make that a feature. Hell, copy the Android Developer Menu options.

I've given up reverting back each day. it is a shame...i really liked it. it is like, if not actually, making things seem speedier.
