You are better off updating. Make sure you've backed up to both iCloud and an encrypted iTunes backup first.

I have heard a restore is better as it cleans the phone and installs a fresh copy of ios7.

Yes, but that's only needed as a troubleshooting measure and it can be a big hassle. Try updating first and see if you have any problems.

121% to be exact. You can measure this in photoshop by setting a screenshot of your homescreen as your background, and then measure the scaling needed to match the icons.

I did a quick search through this thread and didn't see this question, but is anyone else having trouble not getting text notifications? I have it set so it won't show up in the lock screen (to save battery), but in iOS6 I always heard my alert sound, but now that I've updated it's really hit or miss. Most of the time I unlock my phone and am surprised to see that I got a new text. And no, my mute switch is not turned on and I have the volume turned all the way up. Is anyone else having this problem?

I just swipe a little too low I guess. Is anyone else doing this CONSTANTLY? I gotta get used to it more I suppose. :-/

When I open a photo it is central but when I start swiping through the gallery all the photos are right-aligned and not central. Has any one else noticed this? It's a bit annoying as it hides the left side of your photos.

Yup, they still have the Reader.... Once a page is loaded, there will be an icon that looks like lines/paragraph on the left side of the address/URL/search bar - push that and it will strip all the junk away

How do I download SD video directly from the iTunes Store? On iOS 6 I could choose SD in the video app to get SD versions of TV shows, but that option seems to have disappeared.

It's actually the wallpaper that moves, not the tiles. I'm not sure of the exact dimensions but I found that changing the canvas size to 125% in photoshop fits pretty perfectly on my 4s.

I have one "shelf" style wallpaper that I love, so modifying it to fit ios 7 was a priority for me.



ETA: Upon closer inspection, it looks like both the wallpaper and the tiles move to create the parallax effect.

Interesting. I just use a photo, so the phone is sizing it for me.
