If you updated from iOS 6, you may need to turn iMessage on (Settings>Messages>iMessage), or sign in to iCloud. Go through your settings and make sure you are signed in everywhere. (...does this help?)

There's no way to do that.

I understand being used to the original, but in time, you'll be used to this one as well..Depends what document. From the app, you should be able to send using the share sheet.
When you put in your destination, it brings you to a page with the different available routes. When you select one, it will tell you if there is a toll. Just select one without the toll.

I have a jailbroken iPhone 5. My new gold, 64gb 5s is being delivered tomorrow. My computer has been busted for weeks so my phone is my primary "computer." I need to transfer all my vids, pics, etc. Whats the best way to do that? (I have access to a friends iTunes to backup, etc.) Do I just backup in iTunes, plug in new 5s, and restore from backup? Or backup, plug in new 5s, setup as new device, then restore from backup. I don't want to drag needless jailbrake files over, or screw up the new phone. Any help?
There is an app called File Browser that lets you look at and retrieve from (or store to) your computer or NAS directly on your iThing. You can use it to watch movies (though not DRM'ed iTunes movies), look at pictures, pdfs and some other files and listen to music. As I recall, I paid $5.us for it, and I get my money's worth.
Open Image Capture in your apps folder and connect your iPhone. You can transfer individual pictures like this.
Anyone else having a problem with notifications syncing? If I clear on my iPad I thought they should clear from my iPhone as well.
The only place I could find to ask a stupid question is a reply to this thread, so here goes.
I just updated to IOS 7.0.4 and in the sync process I got this message "The iPhone DenisBeauchemins iPhone cannot be synced because there is not enough free space to hold all of the selected items (additional 2.43 GB required). I did not add any Apps so I don't understand why this is happening now when it never happened before. Any help would be appreciated.
I just got the same error message, but I haven't even downloaded the update.
I am sure I didn't download data in excess of 5GB since yesterday, so I am wondering what's wrong.
I deleted plenty of old stuff but no joy yet, missing 325 MB to sync, but nothing to take out anymore. (Music, video and podcast already deactivated).
So I am curious on the answers you get.
