I hope this is true. Apple.com orders are saying preparing to ship already.I ordered my mother two phone on there and that’s what the status said today.

Which phone did you preorder, I would worry to much as its the weekend and such. If ATT showed you would get it on Friday I would suspect you get it on Friday.

Btw it does say it will be delivered by Sept 21... So hopefully it’ll work. I’m worried because I had originally left AT&T and went to T-Mobile but I decided to come back through winback and everything went smooth. Well as soon as I came back to AT&T I made my preorder, so hopefully everything went through. I hope it doesn’t flag me for fraud.

Is there a difference between using ATT Next and using Apple's seemingly identical 24 month-trade in after 12 month plan?

I looked at upgrading through Apple and they offered $400 for my iPhone 8 Plus and then I would need to pay off the $475 remaining on AT&T Next. By upgrading through AT&T, the entire $475 gets cleared. It was a difference of $75 for me.

Mine was like that after I ordered. The second one updated to "in progress". The first one still said processing and then it got cancelled with no explanation except to place another order.

My order was placed at 9:57 pm on the 14th and I am guaranteed a delivery on the 21st. It says in progress right now.

I am sure they didn't my orders never said processing. They've both said in progress. both orders are not the same either. The one still in progress has a watch with it so that could be why. I've never had an issue ordering with ATT

There is no rhyme or reason. I placed two orders yesterday the first one is still in progress - the second is preparing to ship.

It doesn't matter whose status changed first or last. If you have a delivery date of the 21st, you will get your device(s) the same day as everyone else that also has a delivery of the 21st.

I was wondering the same thing. because my one order that has a watch with it still says in progress.

Anyone who ordered a 512gb space grey XS max have preparing to ship yet, ordered at 1am Saturday morning got 21st as delivery date I assume not many people are upgrading to a 512 or at all.
