I ordered my 256 GB Max Space Grey phone on September 15th and just got an e-mail stating that it will be here tomorrow via Fed Ex. Original delivery time was September 24th through October 1st. Unexpected bonus!
 
Got my att email this morning at 2:57am CA time. Delivery by 3:00pm 9/21. It doesn’t look like you need to sign for the package.

Did anyone know do you need to take the phone to att to activate. This is my 1st time order online.
No it will come with a SIM card in it. You activate it at your home or office. You don’t need to take it to a store.
 
Got movement on my phone! Watch changed from in progress to preparing to ship. I still have hope we’ll get both tomorrow. If they were delayed I don’t think it would have changed to preparing to ship.

Slight bummer it says delivery by 8pm. I don’t have to work tomorrow but I’m gonna be real annoyed if I have to wait until 8.
8 is the absolute latest. Most drivers delivering these tomorrow will punched out at like 5-6pm and on their way home to their family lol. It will most likely show up between 10:30-3pm, depending on how the driver wants to run their route that particular day.

I got another email with a different tracking number from Fedex - is this my second order or my trade in box?

8 is the absolute latest. Most drivers delivering these tomorrow will punched out at like 5-6pm and on their way home to their family lol. It will most likely show up between 10:30-3pm, depending on how the driver wants to run their route that particular day.
This. I’m assuming the drivers want to deliver all their packages on their route as quickly as possible. They don’t want to be delivering into the early night hours.

They just say 8 now cause they don't know your local FedEx/UPS route. Once it gets in the hands of your local driver, and is out for delivery, the time will change. Usually arrives whenever FedEx goes through your area on their normal runs.

Looks like several people in the ATT S4 thread have just started moving to preparing to ship. Maybe everyone with a delivery date for tomorrow will receive theirs on time.
 
Got notice for delivery too, from FedEx delivery manager, not from AT&T. Phone only, no movement on my Apple Watch order. Shows in progress with delivery for tomorrow.
UPDATE - My watch just moved to preparing to ship. So it looks like we should be getting everything by the estimated ship dates. Good news!
 
Ordered mine on the 16th, original ship date said Sept 24-October 1st. Just got my shipping notification from AT&T with delivery tomorrow. So happy to be getting mine earlier than expected.

You using the app or website? I got shipping alert early this morning for my phone but it just now changed to Shipped in the app.
 
AT&T Really botched up my order this year....but not how you'd expect.

I got my order in a couple minutes after 3am (east coast) and went to bed happy that it was done.....but when I woke up the next day, had an email saying I needed to call about my order, or it would be cancelled. *UGH*

So I called.....after being transferred 3 times, on separate calls, I finally got someone who actually wanted to help me. He looked over the order, and confirmed there was an issue with it. According to him, it didn't tell him what the issue was....and there was nothing he could do to clear it. It would have to be cancelled, and a new order placed.

I was pissed. I woke up at 3am just to be put at the end of the line the next day? After I explained why that wasn't acceptable, he offered to append the new order and, with supervisor approval, it would be delivered the 21st. I agreed, since it was the best possible outcome. (And yes, it's shipped on time, so bravo to the rep)

So I check my AT&T account, and it indeed said, the old order was cancelled and a new order, with a 9/21 delivery date was placed. This calmed my agitation.

Ok, so after a few days, I check my account again, and my new order says...."Preparing to ship." Hooray! But wait.....my original order says that too.....so I opened up the original order.....Still says cancelled. So I chalk it up to a glitch.

Today, I wake up and see a shipping notice for my new order.....followed by one for my old order....different tracking numbers, that both work, and both show destinations in my town. What the actual frack....??

I check my account again, and just as before, the original order says "Preparing to ship," but once opened, shows cancelled. The new order shows correctly as shipped.

Sooooo.....Looks like I'm getting two phones? What the crap AT&T? I'm sure I'll have to send one back or pay for it somehow....but geezus what a blunder.....
 
Woke up this morning to find my FedEx tracking number.
Yay it will be here tomorrow.
Boo that its FedEx... the company that routinely says “screw it” and doesnt deliver everything that day. Or delivers to the house 6 blocks away and i have to call and bitch to get them to correct their mistakes.

And btw: ive been in the front yard mowing and watch a fedex truck drive past.. get an alert 30 min later saying “attempted”
Thank God the video camera picked him up and proved he lied to his boss... still had to wait 3 days to get my package.
 
Yep, both of my watches are preparing to ship now. Oddly, I can’t log into my at&t account to see the orders, o have to click the link in their email. Both are still slated for delivery by 9/21.

So a week after you order you've received absolutely no confirmation of your order and you're just now questioning it? Got it. o_O

You might start with calling *6737# - you will receive a text message to get your order status. (Mine only works with the wireless number, ymmv.)

Then go to www.att.com/checkmyorder and login to your account. Post a pic of your order and we can help decipher it.
 
My order still says in progress.... ordered my xs max 256g on Friday around 5pm Cali time and that status hasn’t change since it still says Estimated ship date September 21 through the 28th

My phone has been in Texas since Monday, and now is right here with me in Memphis(wish they would just make the mistake and deliver it to me today ;)). Yeah I know, wishful thinking!!
