Anybody else stuck in "In Progress" limbo? I ordered by phone on the 7th because something screwy happened to my online order (I wasn't assigned a separate number for the new device...odd, but whatever), and never got the "estimated delivery date" or any other indication of movement. I called AT&T's number for checking orders today, and got a vague reassurance that someone would "push" my order later today, but right now it's still just showing "in progress" as the status.

Honestly, I'm most annoyed that I was switched over to a mobile share plan on the 7th, but a week later I still don't have the second device, and no indication of when I will get it. I could have tolerated paying more for nothing for a week, since there was no way they could magically get me the iPad before today, but if this continues, I'm not going to be happy...

I'm in the exact same situation. I ordered on the 7th and it didn't get assigned a separate number. I called several times and finally got someone who realized there was a problem and put in a new order now that one is just sitting in progress. Called them today and got the same reassurances that it would go out today. I'm hoping for both of us they aren't complete idiots.
 
Mine just arrived via FedEx. Headed to my daughter's in a bit to back my 1st gen up and load up the new one with all my stuff. Can't WAIT!!
 
Mine still hasn't moved and is showing in progress. I'm starting to think they messed up this one as well.
 
I finally got some progress on my order. I spent another hour and a half on the phone with at&t and now have a confirmation email saying they have my order and it'll ship between 06/15-06/19 so at least I now know something is coming.

Were they able to tell you what the issue was? I spent almost an hour on the phone yesterday afternoon with a customer service rep who couldn't explain why my order was being held up, and she also told me that I can't cancel an order marked "in progress"...I told myself that I'd wait two more days before pitching a fit and demanding that they cancel the order, but I don't know if I want to wait even one more day. I've never had such a frustrating experience with AT&T before.

They really didn't seem to want to tell me what the actual problem was. I believe it was that two orders got setup some how and it was keeping either from sending. I started out with a chat rep on the site and she gave me an number for escalated order problems 866-267-4510 and it was night and day talking to them instead of the normal order number. They got the extra order canceled (it was in progress by the way) and then things started moving pretty quick after that.
 
Stuck in "In Progress" since 6th. Nothing changed. I'm from Germany.

I ordered iPad Pro 12.9 256gb Wifi on apple.de. Someone else have same problem? Something wrong maybe?

256 space grey 12.9 first order placed 6/7 that one got jacked up in the att system second one ordered last Sunday. It's in my city and will be delivered today.
 
Man i called every store within 100 miles. Zero 512s (never even got one in stock) 64 in every color everywhere i think 2 stores had a 256 both rose gold.
Sprint stores have been the same if it makes you guys feel any better. They told me they pretty much are only going to stock the 64 and others have to be ordered. This in one of the largest/main business account stores in Charlotte.
 
12.9. Space Grey. 512GB. Says it will ship between 6/30 and 7/7. Oh well. It'll arrive when it arrives. Until then my Air 2 will tide me over.

Do the autorized reseller stores get them in? I cant believe how many 64GB they have and nohjng of anything else. Out of 9 stores only 1 got a single 512 in so far and all of them have tons of 64s. Youd think apple would want to get some high margin ones out there before people just say screw it and buy a cheaper one. I almost just bought a 256 since i probably dont really need a 512
 
I ordered yesterday after not wanting to wait 3-4 weeks with B&H and they said I should have my 10.5"/256+LTE/Space Gray in a matter of days. It is still showing "in progress" but they assured me it should be here by Wednesday at the latest. Time will tell ^_^.

Just wanted to say thanks for posting this number, I don't know why the other four customer service reps couldn't do what the ones I talked to yesterday did, but it worked, and I finally got my new iPad today. It turns out that I needed to verify my work address, where I had asked to have my package sent, by reading off a pin that they sent to my phone. Super easy, took five minutes. Why couldn't they have done that when they first took the order? And why couldn't the other customer service reps do it for me? Who knows. Anyway, the ordeal is over, and I'm just going to have stuff shipped to an AT&T store from now on, this was ridiculous.

Have you had any shipping updates? Mine shows shipping between the 16th and 20th, and I have had no movement yet. I guess they are waiting until the last day.
