Anybody else stuck in "In Progress" limbo? I ordered by phone on the 7th because something screwy happened to my online order (I wasn't assigned a separate number for the new device...odd, but whatever), and never got the "estimated delivery date" or any other indication of movement. I called AT&T's number for checking orders today, and got a vague reassurance that someone would "push" my order later today, but right now it's still just showing "in progress" as the status.
Honestly, I'm most annoyed that I was switched over to a mobile share plan on the 7th, but a week later I still don't have the second device, and no indication of when I will get it. I could have tolerated paying more for nothing for a week, since there was no way they could magically get me the iPad before today, but if this continues, I'm not going to be happy...
