With the AT&T trade-in offer, the faster I can stop using my iPhone X (my daily driver) the better. When I pre-ordered that I was set to trade in my LG V20. My X was accidently routed to wrong city, so arrived two days late. The day before it was delivered I dropped my V20, breaking the screen. That SUCKED! I ordered a screen from Amazon for about $36 and repaired it before mailing it to AT&T, who promptly lost it (they still credited my account for the trade). I would never have sent it in with a broken screen, but at the same time it stung that I repaired the screen for nothing.

Looks like mine just went to Preparing to ship. 12 Pro Graphite 512GB. Anyone ever accidentally forget to enroll in AT&T Next.. will they add this after? I don't wanna risk calling now and some rep accidently cancelling my order.

I think in the first 30 days. You can cancel anytime just not add it anytime.

My 128GB Graphite Pro is still "In Progress" with dates of 10/26 - 11/2. As others have pointed out, I'm sure that will change any time now and *hopefully* still be delivered Friday.

How did you check on FedEx? can you tell the steps? I ordered 12 pro 128 blue and it says 10/23-10/29 but I ordered at 9:30 CST. My status changed to preparing for shipment

I just went and created a login (without setting up an account). After I was done with that, there was a place to join Delivery Manager. After I did that I was able to immediately see a shipment, which I was then able to track. See pics.

I noticed that difference too in some people's status that they posted. FWIW mine is "Delivery by date", not "Estimated ship date".

you get an email that says one thing, then when you check the order status is says another. ATT system can’t be trusted. As soon as your order says prep for ship I would log onto FedEx and you will seeyour phone soon.

I didn't search for a tracking number. I am signed up for FedEx Delivery Manager so whenever they get a package that is being shipped to my home address, I get a text message.

you don’t search for a tracking you just check your fed ex delivery manager and anything shipped to ur address will show.
