Yes, all shipments are overnight. Even if it got shipped 2 days ago. They hold at Texas location till night of and send it.
I got the 12 Pro Pacific Blue 256gb. Still saying in process with a delivery date of 10/26-11/2 so I'm not optimistic I'll get it tomorrow.
I am in CA, mine is still in Texas, it did move from Irving to Fort Worth last night.
Tracking number from Fedex inbound. Wahoo!

Same here. 128GB Pacific Blue still "In Progress" for delivery 10/26 - 11/2. I ordered at 8:07 AM ET.
Just saw my FedEx driver. It’s 1:30pm here and usually they come at 9:30am. I said why you so late, I have something coming tomorrow that I need early. He said it just depends on the day. I said well if you come here on your first stop I will give you $20. He said ok... lol Ya that’s me, paying an extra $20 just to get it a couple hours early.. ??♂️
I have a weird package coming USPS too. Where did your package originate? Valencia?
I had that happen during a past pre-order and got it on launch anyway, so it is possible that it could still happen.
I’ve read that from several people, I think most just can’t relax until they actually see some progress though. It’s not logical, but then again neither was it logical for people to camp outside the stores ten years ago either.
Whelp. Think I’m Gonna give up and thrown in the towel. Preparing for shipment this morning around 11-1130 est. it’s now 530est and no fedex text or update saying it shipped. My friend who ordered same exact phone 20 min after me and lives 30 min from me got his shipped at 330pm est.. ??♂️
I'm in CA, exact same phone and ordered 2 minutes earlier and I still have nothing.
what sucks is Seeing my Caudabe case being accepted into Usps mail system on Monday and today it’s still just accepted in Ohio.So now I won’t have a case to put my 12 in tomorrow!!Tahts called not relaxing?

I ordered 6 iPhone 12's 64 GB (2 red, 2 white, 1 blue, 1 black) on October 20 at 11PM ET. Late on October 21 AT&T showed the red phones were "preparing for shipment" and at the same time, FedEx showed tracking info with delivery Friday. This afternoon, October 22, AT&T showed the white phones "preparing for shipment" while tracking info was also available within FedEx with delivery on Friday. Nothing on the blue or black phone.
Looks like most people on here are ordering the higher storage phones but wanted to share my experience for the benefit of the group. I'm very surprised ordering 3 days before launch day and we're getting 4 of the 6 phones on launch day. Everything is progressing as expected and very smoothly with AT&T. Looks like as soon as AT&T shows "preparing for shipment" that tracking info is then available very shortly within FedEx.
One thing to note with FedEx delivery manager - it is very picky about names and does not go just by your address. In the "alternate names" fields in settings, the name has to match exactly to show within Delivery Manager. For example, if your real name is Robert LastName and AT&T is shipping to Robert LastName, but you go by Bob, a package to Bob LastName is not likely to show. That's what happened to me - our legal name on the AT&T account was not in FedEx delivery manager. As soon as I added it as an alternative name, shipments showed nearly instantly.

Mine has shipped as of 11am PST this morning. Showed in FedEx at 9am followed by AT&T email 2 hours later.

I signed up for text alerts and I just got one that said. “Your delivery is rescheduled to Fri, 10/23 by 8:00P.”

I think you’ll get yours tomorrow. Mine made all the changes very suddenly. Mine is coming from PA and I’m in CA
