Now its time to start looking at our ATT order statuses and see if there is any movement...Im praying its a glitch and it updates to Oct 23. I don't see how its possible it could slip that much when we have seen the first Pro model bought at 745am with the same October 26/Nov2 date.
 
Just ordered a 12 Pro Graphite 512GB at 7:52AM and received delivery dates of October 26, 2020 - November 2, 2020.. anyone actually seen a 10/23 delivery date or are they just over estimating?
Same thing happened to me.
 
I was able to place an order at 7:33am ET through Att's website and show a Oct 26-Nov 2 delivery date.. Hoping the dates will get bumped up once they start to process the shipments.

I completed my order through the AT&T website with early upgrade to a 12 Pro 256 Graphite at 6:55 CST and the delivery date shown is Oct 26-Nov 3. Hoping for delivery on launch date.
 
Accidentally selected that I had a trade in on the apple store app. think ATT will let me trade in my mint iPhone X and still get the $800 credit towards the new phone?
 
This all made me nervous so went with Apple website. Wasn’t easy though. Was stuck on “5 am” splash screen for like 7 minutes after they were supposed to go live. Lots of app errors before I finally was able to get my order through

Apple is way more on top of delivery dates
 
Ordered Pro Graphite 256 at 8:00 am from ATT, received email confirmation at 8:04 am with date range of 10/26- 11/2
 
Ordered via AT&T business premier site since my phone is on my work plan. Site crashed when letting me in to pre-order a few mins after 8am, but was able to get back in and order a pacific blue 128 Pro by 8:11. Got a delivery estimate email for Oct 23-Oct30.

Yes, they have a trade in promotion for it. That's what we're doing to.

Ahhh, I see what you're saying now. Trade in through Apple instead of AT&T. Gotcha..lol! I'm not sure either. Hope you don't have to start over

I cant even cancel the damn apple order. Ugh. I want to cancel that order and just start over through att site

been using AT&T for 12 years. never an issue so not sure what evidence for "on top of delivery dates"

sometimes the preorder dates slip and they don’t really update the website accurately in time

but if you preordered on the dot I’m sure you’re fine
 
I felt like I remembered last year ATT going up late. I went on about 7:50 ET and sat in the queue and got my order in for 12 Pro 128gb in Pacific Blue with a date of 10/26-11/2. Hoping it still comes next Friday. I've been with ATT since iPhone 7+ and I had the X, XS Max, and 11 Pro Max and I think only one of them came the following Monday after the official launch.
 
I ordered 3 12's (non-Pro) for my kids. Two from ATT.com (very smooth checkout) and one From the Apple Store app on my iPad. I had a bunch of errors try to update view and add to my cart from the app.

All three phones (Blue, White, Black all 128 GB) will be delivered on the 23rd.
 
Anyone waiting for pro max or everyone going with whats released today?

I am waiting for the Pro Max for sure. It has a much improved camera over the other models, and that's primarily why I upgrade anyway.

I am on Next and will do the Next Up plan.
 
I don't think anyone on AT&T got 10/23. Some people are posting but ordered on Apple.com. I'd be surprised if they did not deliver on 23rd. But given the limited trade in deal, I wanted to do it all at the source so they confirmed my pricing $6/mo and will ship what I need for trade in.
 
Am I the only person experiencing this issue with At&t where I try to submit my order and I get "
Uh-oh! Something went wrong
You've tried your payment method too many times.
Please call us at 888.714.1828, so we can help with your order."

I called and said their system is down, however nobody is mentioning it so I feel like its just a issue I am having.
