Has anyone been able to track order status yet? Historically it takes a day or so but just curious.
Mine still just says In Progress. But that is also true for the Watch Series 6 I ordered about 5 minutes later, so I assume they just haven't been able to update their system yet.

Yes - same hardware. Again, don't worry you'll be fine :)

Can someone help me to know if you have the same problem? I pre-ordered via ATT website with the $800 trade in, and it tells me I need to pay $10 a month for 30 installments. I got the email and the email does not say anything for trade in, it says I have to pay $32/month. Is it normal? Why the email does not contain any trade-in information?

Says "Order in Progress"

We are working on your order "Because of possible delays associated with COVID-19, it may take a little longer for some items to get to you. If your ship date changes, we'll let you know. Keep in mind: This may affect your delivery date."

Still shows October 26/Nov 2... which is so bizarre I ordered the Graphite Pro at 7:58am..... even people with 730 and 745am Pro orders got the same delivery times.

Would be VERY disappointed with ATT if they let the PRO orders slip. Apple was still 35 min in to pre order and still could get Oct 23 delivery just didn't wanna cancel my ATT order... dumb move probably. praying for Oct 23 delivery after all and ATT just glitches the dates.

I did the same and the same happened to me. I assume it's normal contingent on your trade in condition. I HOPE!!

I hope youre right. I got in at 4:58am PT and got November 9-16. I’m sad right now. Otherwise process was smooth.

I was thinking you had the 26th-2nd like others did. I'm not sure if it's showing Nov 9-16. Was that for a 512GB model or something? Either way, I would expect it before the 9th, but not necessarily on launch day.

Some examples from recent memory, I ordered a Fold 2 and it came a full week early (a week before the official launch date). My Apple Watch series 6 came 4 days early from my delivery range. Most other iPhones came on launch day exactly. Last year's Note 20 came 2 days before the range if I recall correctly.

I did the same and the same happened to me. I assume it's normal contingent on your trade in condition. I HOPE!!

I've done trade ins in the past. It will all be fine. The initial order page shows the price after the discount. But that doesn't become active until 1-2 billing cycles AFTER you trade your phone in. The email won't contain the trade in information because it hasn't been traded in yet, so it shows full price.

I've always just gone to the store and had them link the trade in to the line and it's always processed by my next bill or two, depending when they generated.

Ordered a blue iPhone 12 using the AT&T trade-in promo ($800, trading in an X). Received order confirmation and a delivery date of 10/23. BUT, no mention anywhere about that promo offer, or my trade. Three calls to AT&T and no help, other than "that does not show for me, let me transfer" (and never transfers). Am I the only one who has this happening? I'm about to cancel my order since everything I can check just shows I bought the phone at full price, with installments (i.e., no mention about the trade or promo).

I'm on hold with a guy from "online order processing" and he is telling me my order shows no promotion. He wants to cancel my order and reorder it, since he is positive I won't get the promotion. I didn't want to take a chance so cancelled and reordered. This time was different. The first time the final page after ordering, the "What's next?" page, just showed step one, "Keep an eye on your inbox" and "Get ready for your new device" at the bottom. This time there was a step two, "Send us your trade-in."

Indeed the AT&T guy confirmed that on his end the new order does in fact show a promotion applied, and the trade-in. Alas, my new confirmation email shows a delivery date between 10/26 and 11/2 (ugh). Oh well, I do feel better since the guy from AT&T was relentless that the original order needed to be cancelled. I think he may be right. I'd rather wait another week than have to fight for a deal I had no proof about (this time I screenshotted everything and saved the final order page as a PDF).

Made an order at 7:10am CST, 12p blue 256 10/26-11/2. Cancelled the order at 6:15pm CST after verifying that 5 apple stores in my city have 10/23 pickups for every color/storage available. Placed an order 6:20p CST for gray 12p 256 pickup at 8am 10/23. Even if delivered by ATT, I’d much rather pick up first thing on 10/23. Plenty of pickup stock, in Houston, at least.

Anyone know how long att takes to reset upgrade status after you cancel an order?
