Has anyone been able to track order status yet? Historically it takes a day or so but just curious.

Thanks. Worked for me. I moved to express delivery by the 28th or 30th. That’s fine with me. It’s two weeks earlierI cancelled AT&T order was able to order on Apple immediately, no wait. Used upgrade on two lines.
Just got an email update on my order
Says "Order in Progress"
We are working on your order "Because of possible delays associated with COVID-19, it may take a little longer for some items to get to you. If your ship date changes, we'll let you know. Keep in mind: This may affect your delivery date."
Still shows October 26/Nov 2... which is so bizarre I ordered the Graphite Pro at 7:58am..... even people with 730 and 745am Pro orders got the same delivery times.
Would be VERY disappointed with ATT if they let the PRO orders slip. Apple was still 35 min in to pre order and still could get Oct 23 delivery just didn't wanna cancel my ATT order... dumb move probably. praying for Oct 23 delivery after all and ATT just glitches the dates.

I got the email and the email does not say anything for trade in, it says I have to pay $32/month. Is it normal? Why the email does not contain any trade-in information?

Got my update email at 3pm CST with same delivery dates 10/26 - 11/2. I think the delivery dates are a CYA for them. I'm not too worried about itorder tracking on AT&T website working. Order shows up. My iPhone 12 pro still says Oct 26 - Nov 2
I hope youre right. I got in at 4:58am PT and got November 9-16. I’m sad right now. Otherwise process was smooth.

Ordered a blue iPhone 12 using the AT&T trade-in promo ($800, trading in an X). Received order confirmation and a delivery date of 10/23. BUT, no mention anywhere about that promo offer, or my trade. Three calls to AT&T and no help, other than "that does not show for me, let me transfer" (and never transfers). Am I the only one who has this happening? I'm about to cancel my order since everything I can check just shows I bought the phone at full price, with installments (i.e., no mention about the trade or promo).

I'm on hold with a guy from "online order processing" and he is telling me my order shows no promotion. He wants to cancel my order and reorder it, since he is positive I won't get the promotion. I didn't want to take a chance so cancelled and reordered. This time was different. The first time the final page after ordering, the "What's next?" page, just showed step one, "Keep an eye on your inbox" and "Get ready for your new device" at the bottom. This time there was a step two, "Send us your trade-in."I've done trade ins in the past. It will all be fine. The initial order page shows the price after the discount. But that doesn't become active until 1-2 billing cycles AFTER you trade your phone in. The email won't contain the trade in information because it hasn't been traded in yet, so it shows full price.
I've always just gone to the store and had them link the trade in to the line and it's always processed by my next bill or two, depending when they generated.
Anyone know how long att takes to reset upgrade status after you cancel an order?
