They do. Today is Sunday and I just received an email changing mine from Nov. 6 to Nov. 13.I don't believe any updates would come on a Sunday.

You got a delayed email? Which unit did you buy and when did you preorder if you don't mind me asking? They do. Today is Sunday and I just received an email changing mine from Nov. 6 to Nov 13.
Yes. I ordered the 12 Pro, Pacific Blue, with 128GB, from AT&T. Preordered yesterday, early afternoon. It all fits with other sites reporting more delays for the Pro than other models. You got a delayed email? Which unit did you buy and when did you preorder if you don't mind me asking?
Mine did not reflect the trade-in.Can anyone else who did a trade-in through AT&T verify that their order confirmation email does not reflect the trade-in? Wanting to make sure my order isn’t messed up somehow.

FedEx
Just curious, what does it look like when you go on the ATT order status? In progress? I still have not gotten a tracking number
Wow these forums are usually slammed and only on 7 pages this year. Much less demand. Did not order on pre-order day, although I was tempted to. Ended up upgrading my daughters iPhone X line in the end.
Ordered an iPhone 12 Pro 256g in Blue at 4:22p EST on 12/18. Website quoted Nov 9-16th ship dates.
Ordered: 758am est graphite pro 128gb “in progress” with a delivery date “October 26- November 2nd” we will see if it updates to prep for shipping mon or Tuesday. I do have fed ex account hooked up and get notifications that I’m receiving a package once’s a label is made.
I’m thinking AT&T just set up auto responses with those “generic” dates and once they’ve sorted out all the pre-orders they will start updating with the real estimated (or actual) ship dates. This way they gave themselves plenty of time to get orders out if they were overwhelmed, but most will probably get them on launch day, and be happy they got it earlier than the estimated ship day. “Under promise and over deliver”
I ordered a 12 through AT&T on the 16th at 9:36 AM EDT, with an expected delivery date of 10/26 - 11/3.
I got an email from Fedex today with a scheduled delivery date of 10/23.
I was switching carriers, when I tried to buy off the Apple app, it told me that I had to use the official site to process a new account order.I think no one using AT&T to order anymore. Apple.com thread is long and Tmobile has almost 30 pages.
We’ve all come to the acceptance of the subpar preorder experience with themWhy is the ATT thread the deadest preorder thread? This post would have 50 - 100 pages by now many years ago. So strange.
