Yeah second time for me just was super surprised they even had any. Set my time and went to have lunch now figuring out how to get my old backup on it. I was on 11.2 so I can't from iCloud. Trying to back up the phone to iTunes to see if maybe it's just data and I can restore from that.Congrats! This was my first time waiting in line and it honestly wasnt that bad.
Just got my new phone. Chatted with an AT&T rep while in line and my Next was reset so I was able to get a phone.

Yes. Once I knew I had the res I cancelled my Apple order online, then called AT&T (611 from your phone) and chatted with a rep. By the time I got to her it had actually already reset but still call just in case because they can reset it over the phone.Can you walk me the steps? did you first cancel the order from Apple.com, then called AT&T to reset Next?
Once they brought my phone from the back I just canceled my preorder on Apple.com and in less than 5 minutes my AT&T next reset. My store had an AT&T rep in it today, but I did not need his assistance today. I told the rep my situation and what I was trying to accomplish and she reserved it for mei have a pre order for 17-24 window for att next. However if the store has stock tomorrow how do i make reservation since i already have one pending on the same line?

At my store there were Apple associates ready to tell you if they had the config you want and then they reserve it right there. Mine just reserved it at 'full price' and then I used ATT Next at purchase.i have a pre order for 17-24 window for att next.
