I placed an order on November 4th at 12:25pm for a 12.9 256GB Space Gray iPad. The estimated shipping date was Nov 12th -19th. As of this moment, my order status says it is in progress.

I don’t understand why it is taking so long to ship when someone on here placed an order after me and shipped out the same day. I called AT&T Premier to see if they had any update yesterday and they seem to have the same information I have. Very disappointing.

Oh, well... it will arrive eventually but since I’ve been home this week with the flu it would have been great to receive it on launch day.

After several calls to AT&T to determine what is the status of my order I am no closer than I was yesterday. As of this moment there has been no change to my status, I remain in-progress. If I had known it would be this bad I would have ordered from Verizon Wireless. I would cancel and order from Verizon but the ship by date is after the estimated delivery date for AT&T.

If I see any movement I’ll let you guys know.
 
Ok finally have some movement and I guess I’m not super thrilled. But I was in the 11/12-11/19 batch for a 12.9 SG 256. This past Wednesday fedex delivery manager found the shipping label created. And just now I got a notification that it was picked up. For delivery next Wednesday. Not sure what the deal is or why it would take so long. But hoping it moves up quicker.
 
Does Att even ship on Saturday? Then it will be Sunday then a holiday Monday. I don’t know if that will affect anything.

so I called AT&T and they said the new window for my 11/12-11/19 delivery date is 11/9 to 11/16. But they still don't have any Fedex tracking info for me ...

I have only been with ATT for 2 months and have come to the conclusion that I don’t trust anything they say really. I have had so many issues that it is crazy I should have never switched to them.
 
On a side note here is the case I just ordered a hour ago from ATT it says preparing to ship. I also have the apple smart folio. I really love the slimness ect but the no edge part I can’t deal with so I will return it soon. Oh by the way it took two days to order this case with phone calls and chat sessions. Website was jacked up. Even called and pressed the option to order accessories then when the rep came on I said I want to order this sku pay for it in full. Let’s say I never got the case ordered. Went to the store done in 5 min. I noticied going to the store for everything seems best. I always end up there because nothing ever works for me.

I manage a corporate AT&T account for my employer. Ordered a 11” and a 12.9”, both with 512 GB & Space Gray. Ordered mid-day on the first available day to place the preorder. EST ship also 11/9 - 11/16. Still shows in Progress for both. So they are not giving corporate Premiere accounts any preferential shipping priority.
 
I noticed the dates moved up again now saying 11/13-11/15 my date is 11/12-11/19

I noticed that too. Maybe it’s a precursor for us that we will see our devices next week. Though, as of tonight, there is no move,ent for me on the order status page. I’m still “in-progress”.

I placed an order on the 2nd for a SG 64gb and it was still in progress yesterday, so I decided to cancel the order. I had been going back and forth on the storage size anyway, so I then placed and order for a SG 256gb and as of now, it's in preparing to ship status.
