'Bad Apples' craiglist thread.

I think what the seller has done is he has ran out of the 48MB but instead of pulling the auction he Just Jacked the price way up till he got some more in stock... I was told peeps do that to save on listing fees or something

Agreed. I think the seller got offended (rightfully so) and lost his cool, but could've communicated better. My biggest pet peeve are price informers. Hagglers who tell me that prices are better or the item is on sale at so and so. If it's cheaper wherever that is, then why not just buy from there.

You should see the rest of that sellers items.... They are WAY overpriced, he also claims that the having an Artist on the box of the iPod Touch 1st Gen makes its "rare", every iPod Touch 1st gen had one lol

Having Corinne Bailey Rae instead of Macy Gray on it also gives you a substandard display, which goes all funky instead of displaying solid blacks as I seem to remember.

Ok, the price of the iPhone 2G come close to the original pricing. AND: you don't have to stand in line...

Could be. But I doubt it. It looks like a liquidator to me.
