I have neither of these apps. I want one, but which one?

YOU DECIDE. Please respond with your justification of why I should select your choice.

I went with BeejiveIM because it had a better over all reviews also I liked how it looked...

But Beejive doesn't support Facebook, Twitter, or Skype. Does it?

It supports Facebook, but no Twitter or Skype.

I wouldn't use Twitter even if it had it, I'd still use Tweetie.

Facebook, yes. Twitter and Skype, no.

Hey guys two questions,

I have a facebook, AIM , and gchat account on my beejive. Does anyone know how to rearrange it so my gchat buddy list comes on the top, then aim buddy lists, then beejive?

Also, how do i rename the "unfiled" on gchat to something else?

Thanks.

Yeah, I keep Tweetie installed, too. It's just that I don't follow very many people, so push notification would be nice. Actually, I don't IM at all, except on FaceBook and Skype. I'd like to use Beejive, but without SkypeChat it's kind of ... bleh. I wonder if they'll add that in the future ... ?

Looks like it's gonna be BeeJive then... I wouldn't use Twitter either because I have TweetDeck. Plus, they might add it in later anyways.

I have both and I haveto say tat they are on par with each other. Beejive is quick and works well, plus gives a load of options. On the other hand, IM+ supports Twitter and Skype, which is really handy. I'm glad the push edition of Beejive is available, but I'm still looking forward to the push-capable IM+ just as much.

Chiming in

I've used IM+, on the iPhone and past phones and thought it was good til I finally decided to try Beejive (I had previously been impressed with their web based IM client) and wow, IM+ is teh suck comparatively heh

I'm sure they all have their strengths but personally I'm sticking with Beejive IM as long as they keep bringing on the bugfixes.

They both do. That's why I was asking which one was batter.

Actually IM+'s push supporting release isn't out yet. Don't let them confuse you with the email notifications. Beejive has that too. IM+'s push supporting version is in review still.
