My bank flagged the Pencil part of my order as fraud since Best Buy did a preauthorization days ago for the full total of both items then tried to charge them both separately while shipping them this morning. Nothing a quick hour and fifteen minutes of phone calls couldn't straighten out :/
I'm pleased everything is coming tomorrow but this will probably be my last time doing a big preorder from Best Buy. What a circus.

My 11" has shipped, my Folio case is still "Pre-Ordered" but showing delivery tomorrow, and my Pencil still shows next week. Excited!!!

At least Best Buy solved your issue that they created. AT&T had my iPhone Max order jacked up. I had to reorder 3 times. Due to system glitches. They said.

When I preorder games they usually won’t notify you until that morning or very late the night before that it is ready for pickup. You were right! I just got a notification that It was shipped and my iPad will be ready tomorrow
Sorry to hear that. I always use a credit card with Best Buy. BB texts and emails me when they need more payment info/confirmation. Takes about 20 seconds to login on their website and clear it up.
My two 11" iPads charged late tonight and are ready for pickup tomorrow.
