I think Best Buy is going to screw me with FedEx Home again. Last scan on it was 1am this morning in Pennsylvania.
Meanwhile, an order for an accesssory from Apple that is also coming FedEx Home is listed as “on vehicle for delivery.” I’m assuming that since the truck is already loaded I’m not getting the iPad from Best Buy today.
They did this to me with a Kindle before. I ordered it as a gift with “guaranteed” overnight shipping and it didn’t show up until 3 days later because they used FedEx Home.

Seems like cellular models were always running behind. I ordered the same. Never had an 11/7 option. Mine is scheduled for 11/9.
Also, I can see the stock available for pick up at my local Best Buy’s for today and they are all wifi models.
I did go ahead and order a keyboard from best buy for pick up today. So that is a small win.
Edit: iPad made it to my local depot at 8:30 this AM and now shows "out for delivery" - we'll see.

Just got mine a little bit ago and finishing up restore. I must say that the size and weight is a nice improvement. The old 12.9 didn’t bother me to much after I got used to it but this feels really nice.
Nice! Keyboard and pencil just arrived but my 12.9” 512GB WiFi/Cellular isn’t ready for pickup at BB until next Tuesday. Enjoy!!
I thought I would regret this 11. Then go get the 12.9 but this screen is beautiful. It really makes a huge difference getting rid of the top and bottom bezel. I have a 10.5 and 12.9 first gen. It feels lighter then my 10.5 but the few decimals of a mm for thickness is not a big difference. Overall this was a major upgrade. Next year maybe OLED screens can be used. That’s the only thing that I would upgrade for.
Nope. They didn’t have any idea. I got a notification that the folio was MIA then about 20 min later, iPad. They said everything to them was back ordered and they had no idea when it would arrive. That said, they are in stock at my local Apple store so I cancelled with Best Buy and ordered for pick up with Apple.
Yep, both said they would be available Nov 7th just like the iPad. They sent me an email saying the item wasn’t available a few hours after they opened, then I just cancelled them and went to the Apple store.
My order was scheduled for 11/9 pick up.
Just got an email from Best Buy saying it may be delayed.

Update: My iPad actually came in today. Picked it up a little while ago! 2 days early. Today was a whirlwind but ended up a good day!

My pencil was supposed to arrive today (keyboard did), but still only showing as “label created” on FedEx. iPad won’t be here until next week but odd the pencil isn’t moving yet.
