Apple Cases

That is nice. Simple and unfussy.

Fair enough. My bigger issue is that they scratch so easily though. That is difficult to manage other than put another cover on top !
Strange, mine is approaching 3 years old (Apple Black Leather) and no scratches, I do take a lot of care when using it, always in a pocket with nothing else in there or on my desk.

Do you also wipe it down regularly, & with a damp cloth? Do you think a damp tissue would damage the leather?

Tozo TPU with silver plated edge from Amazon. Seems really good quality and should hide fingerprints quite well

I have a Spigen Thin Fit case with me right now. I like that it has a nice feel - slightly grippy with just the right amount of pocket slide, and that there are cutouts for the buttons and lightning port. Also a lip to protect the camera. I don't like that there is a indent for metal plat for a magnetic mount. This seems to make the case slightly larger, and the indent is in the middle of the case so it will likely interfere with wireless charging. I've been told, but have not verified, that if the metal plate was at the bottom, wireless charging could still work with a three-coil Qi charger. Also, the Thin Fit case is slighter thicker than the Noot 6s case, which is my current favorite. The Noot 6s case is 0.35mm thick, and the Spigen Thin Fit is slighter thicker than that (guessing between 0.40mm and 0.50mm).

Hey, slickwrapsinc, can you tell me if the naked wrap for the iphone X will be compatible with all those cases? Specially the Spigen Ultra Hybrid and the Caudabe Lucid Clear.

Other question: does it cover all the sides of the phone? Are the buttons exposed?

Thanks a lot

Hey, could you please send some pictures of the case? Specially showing details like side holes, buttons, camera hole. Thanks a lot

The Caudabe Lucid Clear claims to protect for phone from a 6ft drop. Anyone have experience with the protection they claim? Thanks.

I received my Apple Black Folio leather case yesterday and I will be using that for a while - until my Mous
Real Aramid Carbon Fibre Case for the iPhone X is shipped sometime after November 20th.

I thought about the Grovemade Minimal Tough Case but it looked too thick for my tastes. I didn't like their iPhone 7 Plus design that required an adhesive for the backing piece of walnut (they actually sent me a whole new case - so I have 2 of them now).

The Apple cases are soooo much nicer than the cheapo ones. Not even close. Have you never held/seen one? You get what you pay for. These other cases on here look terrible. I’ve bought probably 50 cases in the last 10 years, and don’t understand why anyone would skimp on a case after dropping 1k on a device. Seems kind backwards.

Look above to post 738, the replica looks the SAME without the Apple logo for $11; under 1/3 the price.

Apple tax at its finest. Apple didn't invent the cell phone case or silicone/TPU case, and there's no secret Apple engineering to their case that makes it any better. All made China, likely from the same few factories that make cases.

I ordered one, the shipping was more than the case but still less than Apple, I like the ridges on the Side.

Apple iPhone X - Silicone Case, Black LC5-APL-IPHX-10 1 $3.99

Subtotal $3.99
Shipping & Handling $5.99
Discount (MOBWELCOME25) -$1.00
Grand Total (Incl.Tax) $8.98

Question for those that have the spigen air skin. is it a hard shell or flexible? i.e. is it going to break?

Anyone have any recommendations on a protective case with a open bottom?
