I am curious to see what people are buying to protect their iPhone X. Mine should be in soon so please recommend some cases! Pictures are welcome!

I think some case with inner micro fiber is a must to preserve the steel.
Ftm I got an Apple leather case but since it’s not covering the lighting side I’m looking for a cover which is protecting 360° and with inner micro fiber. Still can’t find it tbh.

Yes, the corners are raised at the back to give a little increased protection. Here's a few pics. :)
Thank you so much!
I'm looking for something clear and yet protective and I feel like this case is a winner. It doesn't advertise as having any fancy shock-absorbing material, but I feel like nothing can really beat the extra material the Crystal Shell has as far as protection is concerned. Unfortunately I can't find it on Amazon in Pink and on their website it's significantly more expensive...

Have you seen this, any thoughts on it?

Every review I've seen of Spigen cases in general tends to be positive and they do well on drop tests which is reassuring. Personally, I only buy well-known brands as although cheap ones look tough, in my experience they aren't necessarily good enough to protect your phone. My iPhone 6 was dropped from waist-height in a tough-looking cheap case and the corner cracked instantly. :( I always check youtube for drop tests too as some manufacturer claims don't hold up.

Anyway, sorry to hear it's not available through Amazon - I got mine on Amazon UK, so it's odd they don't have it on your side of the pond. Amazon are aways changing their stock, so check often and it may well appear. Alternatively, look at some of the other Spigen cases - they do the rose colour on several others - the Ultra Hybrid for instance, which still has corner protection with a sleeker look.

Also, keep an eye on Spigen's Facebook page as they do post discounts there - the last one was for 25% off, unfortunately it looks like it expired at the end of October. It might be worth subscribing to their newsletter as many companies give out discount codes that way. Some youtube reviewers get exclusive discount codes for their subscribers too, so if you watch any reviews then look out for codes mentioned or posted with the description. I found a good one for Caudabe a couple of weeks ago, so its always worth looking.

I'm afraid I have no experience of the Bodyguardz cases, but the 10-feet drop protection certainly sounds good and it looks pretty nice too.

Desperately seeking opinions and first impressions.
iPhone X people putting on cases with bottom lips, how are we liking the feel of the gestures? Is it annoying having a raised lip at the bottom?

Sorry if this is a bit late. I have an Apple leather one and a third party one (https://www.amazon.co.uk/ESR-Transp...2OU%2BeyTL&preST=_SY300_QL70_&dpSrc=srch&th=1) and I honestly see no issue with either. I suppose it really depends on the size of the lip, but I really haven't noticed a compromise.

Getting the X in a few weeks and not sure about staying loyal to the Otterbox Symmetry or going with a Speck Presidio Grip... (is the latter thinner?)

Also worried about hitting the lips while swiping on the home indicator...(both in portrait and landscape mode)

Ive had the Presidio I wouldn't bother the hard outer shell doesn't feel great kind of gritty yet slippery which is strange and the buttons are hard to press.

Honestly I wouldn't bother with the Otterbox either, ive gone through 5 cases on my X already and I have settled on the case ive had on every previous iPhone. The Spigen Slimarmour its such a good case all the buttons are perfect, it is the best feeling case ive had the rubber tpu is soft feeling so doesn't dig in to your hands but solid so grips the phone really well, and it has a kickstand whilst being slimmer than the speck and Otterbox

Thanks. Looks like it's not on Amazon yet. Since you bought this one, I assume you like more that the other clear cases from Spigen? Like the Ultra Hybrid and Liquid Crystal and even the clear Ringke one.

I'm not really a fan of completely clear cases. I guess I've had a few too many experiences with yellowing lol. Also, to me, adding a pop of colour gives the case an extra purpose and I like being able to change the look of my phone simply by adding a different one.

Saying that, I have intentionally gone for mostly clear-backed cases for my X as I love the cream colour and want to see it as much as possible. :D

I really like the slightly rugged look of the Crystal Shell compared to the sleeker Spigen designs. I think it makes a nice contrast to the feminine colour lol. The Neo Hybrid Crystal was a close second choice though.

You had the Presidio or the Presidio Grip? That’s different.
I’ve checked the Slim Armor online and I don’t like it (logo window, etc.).

I like ninja “non descript” all black cases (black otterbox symmetry, black+black speck presidio grip, etc), with peace of mind drop protection, lay on the table lips, closed bottom. And no screen protectors (I’m cringing at most of youtube X case review videos right now, with most of them also sporting a completely unrelated 2D screen protector with gaps...makes it difficult to preview the actual final look of case+phone with no glass protector..)

I'll be sure to keep an eye out on their Facebook page, thanks for the great idea! I actually already own the Ultra Hybrid for my iPhone 7 Plus, however I really want that extra corner protection for the X and I like the fact that the corners are raised, I think I'm just going to wait until it hits Amazon in Rose and take it from there. Thanks!

Very nice pics, I'm having a case dilemma myself hahah after changing to a few cheap pretty eBay ones for a couple of quid few hours later back on is my Apple silicone... :p:oops:

Haha, yeah...I keep switching between the Luvvitt and the Apple Leather. Might end up returning the TOZO though, a bit too slippery for my liking. I had the Spigen Air Skin on my 6+ and this one is worse than that!

I was going to buy the leather case but after feeling both in my hand, the silicone has a better grip so I went with that. I will say it does attract dust/lint but its not so much to be a worry.

the leather does take some time to get used to. the slick will wear off once the oils from your hand build up onto the case. i had 3 over a 2yr period for my iPhone 6 and all felt great. the saddle brown was my favorite but thinking this time going with the charcoal with my space gray iPX.
