My fusion arrived today also and I’m getting the exact same effect.

Ended up taking it off and putting phone away until I get another case.

Was afraid of it being too tight on the glass and damaging it.

Pretty disappointing, is a nice looking case otherwise and less bulky than my Spiegen Liquid

Picked up a Tech 21 impact clear from the Apple store today for my 8 Plus. I’m not sure if they have them for the X but I’m very impressed so far. Slim and grippy on the sides. In and out of pockets easily. 5 foot drop protection it definitely feels like my phone is protected. Buttons are good not great but definitely good enough to keep the case. Frosted back shows the iPhone without all the scratches or finge prints that you get from glossy back cases.

Does anyone know what case Lewis has on his iPhone X in this YouTube video?

No, I’m mot promoting the video. I really like the case. Thanks!

Ah yes, that looks like it, although I can’t tell if Lewis’ Case has a rubberized finish.
I quickly had a look at one of the John Lewis ones (the same style that’s half price at the moment) and it felt just like plastic. I could be wrong as I only had a minute with it but tbh it seemed very similar to this one in quality. The terrapin does have a bit better grip than most although it’s still not amazing.

Thanks again! It’s definitely worth trying the Terrapin for $7.95!

I have to say I’m not a fan of the Apple Silicone case this year round - makes the phone feel boxed-in and more like a regular iPhone 7/8.

Think I might return mine. Also not a fan of the screen protector they applied to my phone - it’s slick but it attracts dust at the edges and there’s a rainbow I g effect in the lower left corner.

This year I might try to not baby my phone for a year and see what happens without a bulky case or screen protector!

Just received the Ringke Air to replace my Spigen Liquid Crystal. Spigen made the Liquid Crystal for the iPhone X quite a bit bulkier than the one I had for 6 Plus and 7 Plus. I wanted a thin case and I’m loving the Ringke Air so far.

The edge around the camera lens is slightly raised.

The top and bottom of the front bezel is also slightly raised.

The only thing that I didn't like about the case, the logo on the back.

Still in pre-order right? Do you have experience with them in the past? I have been considering them as of late... Wondering about the overall bulkiness.

Still in preorder. I had their case for my iPhone 7. The case is certainly not as thin as some, but as far as a quality simplistic wood case goes, the bulk was minimal.

That looks good. Is it a hard plastic, or the bendy type?

Are the Apple silicon cases dust magnets? The case I’m using now gets dust stuck between the case and glass on front.

I just got the Apple Silicone case in Product Red for my X. My first Apple Silicone case, have it on my phone for almost a week now. I really don't see any dust on the case. The silicone feels nice and silky in the hand too, it has a nice grip. I've had the phone in my pocket, in my car center console....no dust I see on the case. I'm very pleased.

What about between the case and the actual phone on the front?

No dust surprisingly. Just a couple specks here and there. I use a can of compressed air (very lightly) to remove those. Apple must have improved their silicone cases because I remember in the past hearing people complain that they are dust magnets.
