I can vouch for the awesome button and plate swap! I have the 8 Plus as well and am rocking the Rhinoshield case for that phone too. After having bought two dozen or so cases for the iPhone 8 Plus, I've come to the conclusion that the Rhinoshield Mod case is my absolute favourite of them all. I've yet to buy the camera mods, but will do so very soon.

Anyhow, here are two images of my 8 Plus case with the red buttons.

They are red. My photos were taken in dark(ish) light, so not very accurate but it's a nice and shiny red.

Tried Caudabe veil XT and a Spigen clear case over the weekend. Just put the Apple leather case back on. ALWAYS go back to the Apple case....

Spigen neo hybrid vs rhinoshield MOD??

The mod will provide a lot more protection but the spigen is not bad. Drop rated to 4ft like an average case. I think the neo hybrid would handle better though with it’s grippy sides and would look better with some use. That clear back of the MOD scratches super easily and shows finger prints. Hmm

I've always liked Native Union, this is my first case from them. Really pleased. The lip is nice and plays well with my screen protector, so I can perform bottom gestures very smoothly.

Thanks for this recommendation. Never heard of this case before. I love my Spigen Neo Hybrid but wanted a white alternative. I ordered the VRS Pro Shield in white/silver. Can’t wait for it to arrive.

I used to have the Verus (before they rebranded to VRS) Iron Shield on my iPhone 6 and remember it being an excellent case. Design-wise, however, it was nearly identical to the Spigen Neo Hybrid.

Does it have a lip to protect the screen when place screen down?

Really like this case. Last weekend got the Ballistic Nylon version from Target and this one this weekend. Buttons excellent, good figment, not overly bulky nor minimal, I LOVE their included vent mount as it actually stays in my vent of car. It’s actually not very slick either, matte back and no fingerprints.

Last Summer during a 100 degree day I found that my vent mount blocked a lot of the AC....This time of year I don't mind a vent mount.

Had this case for my 6s plus and loved it. Skipped it for the 7 plus and back to it for my X. Love the feel and the buttons are much improved from the 6s plus. Also it has a built in magnet around the wireless charging coil that allows it to magnetically attach to a vent mount which is included with the case. I’d say it’s slimmer than the apple silicone but feels as protective and the vent mount is a big plus

Had one on my 6s also, but the new logo on the back has kept me from buying one for the 7 or X. I didn't mind the subtle leafs that blended in with the kevlar weave, but their name standing out in bold font is a deal breaker for me

Just back from the holidays and I found my Ryokosy cases delivered.

I mistakenly ordered the white instead of the black but to my surprise I actually like it on my space grey and plan to keep it.

Since I was using the Apple silicone case, the Silk Road case provides a similar hand grip.
However Ryokosy did a good job with the bottom protection and the precise cut-outs.

the case also has a side cut-out for easy SIM card access. I don't think I will be using it that often but I find the feature quite thoughtful.

The case also has a small lip in the front, I was afraid this would ruin the iPhone X experience.
I think with a tempered glass screen protector this will be barely noticed.

Got also the pink sand for the girlfriend.

Has anyone tried the Spigen Reventon case? I really like their Neo Hybrid. Loving the look of the back, but I'm not sure I like the frame around the notch. Just wondering if anyone had tried this one.
