I got the exception and the email, and I just got the phone now! (Etobicoke North).

destination scan was the last update I got before the delay email. Mine just showed up without any further scans.

This is interesting information.. Seeing as I had an out for delivery message that disappeared and was replaced with another destination scan and emergency message, maybe the Toronto area phones are still being delivered but the out for delivery scan isn't appearing?

I didn't even get through to anyone... Just checked the website and noticed the new Departure Scan... which somehow moved my delivery date from October 2nd to October 1st... LOL

Called UPS... their website says October 1st delivery... non English speaking guy on the phone says September 30th... I asked why it went from delivery by end of day today to October 2nd, 1st and now Sept 30th... ..... ....

Yeah I had that message EARLY this morning when it landed in Montreal... it was after that point that my delivery date got pushed back 12 days...

Simultaneously when I received the clearance broker update, UPS walked in the door. Keele/Wilson in North York.

Well... mine still shows delivery 8:30 to 12:30 and now it’s almost 2pm.

still shows destination scan concord.

what gives UPS.

For the record, I've experienced almost this exact sequence of events in the past. Scheduled delivery for launch day Friday, come Friday and delivery updated to the Monday but still received that Friday; no tracking update other than a destination scan at Concord. I'm confident mine will arrive today without an 'out for delivery' status change so I wouldn't worry if you're in a similar situation.

Got a 4 am message this morning of an emergency situation in Concord. Now a new status @ 14:25???? today (it's 14:00 as I write this) saying "We currently have the package. The receiver requested clearance by a non-UPS broker ..." Tracking is probably messed up.

Just got delivery of two S5 Apple Watches so not on that truck.

Not pushing the panic button yet since we're in Mississauga and assume there will be more deliveries today.

Anyone else in the same boat.
