Just spoke to UPS and was given a load of BS about how it wasn’t cleared through customs even though there was something about customs clearance at 2am this morning. He told me that I won’t be getting it till Monday now because they missed the noon cut off and that it’s Apple’s fault. He was giving me a lot of attitude when I was asking how their tracking system is showing a time stamp in the future. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, he said he’d transfer me to one but they would only tell me the same thing. I said that was fine, I could tell them about his attitude. He hung up on me.
