Any reason to buy it thru Apple instead of Koodo or Rogers ?

So no charger ? no Lightning cable ? No Ligthning to 3.5 ? So I should add them to the order or buy them on amazon ?

First question, you’ll pay less through Apple because carriers mark up the phone retail cost from $5-$100. In addition they’ll charge at least a $50 activation fee that Apple will not.

Second question(s), you get a 1-metre Apple Lightning to USB-C cable in the box. You can use all of your existing iPhone cables and AC adapters, but if you want you can buy a longer cable or AC adapter that works with the cable in the box and supports faster charging. No earbuds or 3.5mm adapter included either. Buy them if you desire them.

When I checked around 8h15 the delivery was already between October 5 and 14. Seems fast compared to previous years.

Apple is no longer showing me the PayBright link and now saying I have one hour to compete my order. PayBright cannot be accessed without the link. This is garbage to be honest.

Edit: Pulled up an old URL from history and managed to get the forwarded link to load in PayBright. Completed my order but disappointed they don’t offer AMEX for payment. A couple days ago it seemed that they would only offer 6-months at 0% APR but today they are offering 24-months at 0% APR. Taxes due upfront. Now I’m waiting to see if my delivery date slips from the 24th.

I'm amazed to see all people spending over 1500$ on a device that they dont hace seen or read any reviews about. What if battery life is less than what Apple said ? What if cameras are crappy ?

I really shouldn't reply to something that comes off as troll-ish, but (deep breath) when was the last time you read an iPhone review where the cameras were crappy or the battery life is less than what Apple said?

Ordered 256GB Sierra Blue 13 Pro! Upgrading from 256GB X. Was a tough decision between the pro max and also the 512GB but ultimately decided I should just clear out my camera roll (22,450 items atm) and decided 6.1” is a good size, especially for one handed use.
Picking up Friday morning at Chinook mall in Calgary!

Finally got a Paybright order through, but the shipping date slipped to mid-October. Oh well.

There are a lot of ways to buy phones in Canada these days. I'm curious what purchase-types, warranties, and phones people are coming from and what they are doing differently after past experience. Copy and paste if you feel up to sharing your details.

I guess that answers my question about whether Apple holds the date or not. Ah well. When I try to click through to Paybright from the Apple store all I get now is "Something went wrong." ??‍♂️

Yeah I was getting that error message too, so I started a new order and got the mid-October date. That new order went through fine btw, seems like Paybright is back up.

Getting the same message when clicking on the link in my inbox. I guess we won't be getting on the 24th.

Ok maybe the crappy was a bit much...but could it be a possibility that good reviews (like dxomark) shows that the jump from last year is negligible ?
