First question, you’ll pay less through Apple because carriers mark up the phone retail cost from $5-$100. In addition they’ll charge at least a $50 activation fee that Apple will not.Any reason to buy it thru Apple instead of Koodo or Rogers ?

Hitting refresh on my browser repeatedly since 5am, my favorite thing to do on a Friday.
This has been my experience as well.Apple store app works way better than using browser
Same here.My order now shows 'processing' from 'order placed'. Anyone?
I'm amazed to see all people spending over 1500$ on a device that they dont hace seen or read any reviews about. What if battery life is less than what Apple said ? What if cameras are crappy ?
Holdonaminute - you can't pay with AMEX on Paybright?Edit: Pulled up an old URL from history and managed to get the forwarded link to load in PayBright. Completed my order but disappointed they don’t offer AMEX for payment.
I really shouldn't reply to something that comes off as troll-ish, but (deep breath) when was the last time you read an iPhone review where the cameras were crappy or the battery life is less than what Apple said?I'm amazed to see all people spending over 1500$ on a device that they dont hace seen or read any reviews about. I guess that answers my question about whether Apple holds the date or not. Ah well. When I try to click through to Paybright from the Apple store all I get now is "Something went wrong." ??♂️Finally got a Paybright order through, but the shipping date slipped to mid-October. Oh well.
Yeah I was getting that error message too, so I started a new order and got the mid-October date. That new order went through fine btw, seems like Paybright is back up.I guess that answers my question about whether Apple holds the date or not. Ah well. Getting the same message when clicking on the link in my inbox. I guess we won't be getting on the 24th.I guess that answers my question about whether Apple holds the date or not. Ah well. When I try to click through to Paybright from the Apple store all I get now is "Something went wrong." ??♂️
So the previous order will automatically get cancelled right?Yeah I was getting that error message too, so I started a new order and got the mid-October date. That new order went through fine btw, seems like Paybright is back up.
Ok maybe the crappy was a bit much...but could it be a possibility that good reviews (like dxomark) shows that the jump from last year is negligible ?I really shouldn't reply to something that comes off as troll-ish, but (deep breath) when was the last time you read an iPhone review where the cameras were crappy or the battery life is less than what Apple said?
