Mine is still processing as well. 13 Pro 256GB Gold ordered 4 mins after preorders opened up this morning.

Ordered a 1 TB 13 Pro Max in Graphite. Store opened at 0503 completed order at 0504, payment took almost an hour later with Apple Pay. Delivery date Sept 24
Nice, I wish I was that lucky lol.

Question, are we able to change our order to pick up once the phones are available in store? Shipping was the only option but I’m sure I could get my hands on one in store a lot sooner then end of october

When I've paid with Apple pay I receive a message that Apple couldn't made the payment and to try again, and when I hit okay the next windows tells me my order was placed and now it says processing. So I guess my order is placed? My Credit Card isn't been charged yet and I chose delivery.

I checked the order just now on Apple's site and the Paybright link finally actually worked. The Apple CSR I spoke with assured me that the original ship date I saw would be honoured, so I guess I'm finally done. Got a 256GB sierra blue Pro.

Just ordered the blue 128gb 13 pro. Picking up on 25 sep in Calgary.

Hope i don't have to return this one. Camera is the main thing. It needs to be in par or better than pixel 5. (which is what I'm using now )

For the pro...is 128gb enough ? Not many games, many pictures while travelling and some videos. What are the pics and video size ?

Sierra Blue ProMax 512 ordered a few minutes after the store opened. I had the same weirdness with Apple Pay that several other people have described but the order appears to have proceeded as normal and one of accessories I purchased alongside (case) appears to have hit my CC. Arrival date is pegged for the 24th in Calgary, but I'm actual on the coast for a week starting tomorrow and wouldn't shed a tear if it slipped a couple of days. As it stands it will probably fail delivery and I'll have to pick it up from the depot, which is a bit of a PITA.

My eyes have deteriorated pretty significantly since I purchased the iPhone 8 this will replace, so I went BIG, and with an active 5yo increasingly involved in theatre and school and sports, I wanted a better still and video camera.

But I'll be damned if the "all in" price of nearly $2500 (including a case and the Mag Wallet) isn't a ton of cheddar for a phone, and that's blunting the excitement somewhat. 😐

I placed an order for white 256GB Max + apple care few minutes into preorders opening. I placed it for pickup Friday morning however it still says Order Placed. Hoping it moves to Processing soon!!

You might find this article helpful, as not much will have changed from last year, unless you plan to shoot a lot of ProRes video.

I do wonder if you might be constrained by 128GB when travelling - you'll tend to be shooting more video and taking more pics, precisely when you may have less opportunity to offload to iCloud.

FWIW I used Apple Pay and after a bit I got the email from Apple that the payment failed. I added my credit card details and I think it worked (order is processing now.) I did call my bank to check what the issue was and they told me that they block transactions with Apple Pay of more than $1000, so that's apparently what happened in my case.

mines the same, also for store pick up.

I used to upgrade my phone every year, and then every other year, and now this will be the longest I held on to a phone. I went with a iPhone 13 Pro, Silver, 128GB as I hardly shoot any videos. Wanted a change from the black/graphite phones as I usually have a colorful case and the white camera looks nicer IMO.

Placed order about 10 min into pre-orders and picking up on 24th GTA.

Yup, instore pickup. Maybe the instore pickups are processed at a later time than the delivery orders? Good to know I'm not the only one at the same stage either though!
A quick update, my status changed to "Processing", and it also now states "Check in at the Apple Store September 24".

What bank to be curious?

I recall last year when I pre ordered the 12 Pro Max for delivery it shipped from Vaughan, ON and not China like the US thread got to track from. I recall it shipping on Thursday night and coming into Vancouver Friday morning and off on a short flight over to Victoria by mid morning and I had it late afternoon on launch date.

I expected them to sell out faster than this.
They sell pretty fast in my experience. This morning, only 15 minutes after I cannot had any pro max models delivery on launch day compared to last year (or 2019, can't remember)where the launch day delivery was still available at evening almost 12 hours later. Now, I just checked and delivery is not until october 19 for the pro max model.

Just a heads up to anyone able to place an order later in the day but got the email to complete an earlier order. I had a launch date delivery order that expired but got the updated payment email last night, Paybright will do absolutely NOTHING to help you with this. Cancelling and reordering is not an option as it will take too long to reflect on your available PayBright credit. Also, for those of you who completed orders who got the email stating “Rest assured, your original estimated delivery date will remain the same” beware. Two separate paybright employees, a rep and supervisor told me that’s not true and they have no control over when Apple ships the product. So keep an eye on those dates!

Getting a bit tired of my Pixel 5 so grabbed an iphone 12 (reg) on Bell's back to school sale where you actually get a real discount on the phone, something like $350 off as they try to clear out old stock before the 13 arrives. 128gb costs me $22/mo for 24 mos ($528) then I give it back or buy it out for $420. IP13 not compelling enough to pay the extra cash, plus dumping Fido for Bell (again!) gets me 20gb of 5g for $55/mo which is not bad. 12 Mini is an even better deal @ about $500+ discount but I've had a bunch of those, now back to 6".
I went Samsung for about 6 months with a gifted phone. It took cool photos. I set it up exactly like my iPhone. I didn’t like not knowing where my “family members” were🥸🤪

It's my understanding that they ship them in bulk to 1 or 2 central areas from China and then ship them individually.

I paid with my apple account balance, its still not deducted yet. I'm assuming after I get pickup email?
