Ordered 13pm 256gb blue just after opening, order placed and email received at XX:02am Friday, status moved to processing after couple hours but still stay there now. Paid with account balance with credit card, account balance has been deducted this morning as well as pending charge on credit card. Waiting for shipment i guess…

Same. My credit card just got charged as well but my order is still processing. It’ll probably flip to preparing to ship any minute now.

Placed an order for iP13 Pro Max 128GB (silver) at 8:30 am EDT yesterday and it’s been in processing for 24 hours.
The tracker says it will arrive on the 24th. My card hasn’t been charged yet.

Anyone that used paybright…do you know if they do a hard credit check and if the financing will show as a trade line in your credit report?

I’m trying to figure out if this is a better option than just paying in full or going through my carrier on financing.

I googled this before, for 24 months options, they do need a credit check. For their small amount 4-payments option, there is no credit check.

Yep I saw that too. It says if you pre-qualify (they’ll pull a soft credit check for that) that you won’t need a hard credit check even for larger purchases financed over 24 months.

I’m also assuming that they won’t show as a trade line on your credit report but not sure.

I've tried to order a iPhone 13 Pro 256gb for a day now. No matter the options selected, I keep seeing 'Delivers 20 Oct - 27 Oct' and no pickup options. Has anyone placed an order with this initial timeframe and seen status change to something earlier afterwards? Do we stand any chance of an apple store stocking these within the next 30 days?

There should be some on stores. You just have to check daily after launch day. Usually early morning they update the stocks and itll appear on the reserve to pick up option or pick up at store option usually 5am pacific for about launch week after. They either get shipment later in the eve for the next day or other people who cancel their orders and reinventory them the next day.

Thanks for your input on this, greatly appreciated :)

Paybright's website is very vague. In the fine print, it says they do a hard check for monthly plans, and a soft check for the shorter plans (4 months). I reached out to Paybright for clarification, and just received this response:

Also processing. Some in the US and other countries have changed status.
BTW, the names of the non-Sierra Blue colours on Apple's website are different than in the keynote. What are the official names for those colours?

I e-mailed back for further clarification. They came back saying: Paybright no longer performs hard checks, only soft checks.

That's really good to know! I'm guessing though, if we go through Paybright we'll see it come up as an installment loan on our credit report. Even if true, 24/mo no interest is a really nice option.

Thanks so much for posting this. That’s good to know. If they only do soft checks then I’m assuming the agreement won’t show as a trade line in my credit report.
In that case, paybright is awesome!

if they don’t even do a hard check I’m assuming it won’t be a new trade line. I’ll confirm with paybright though.

Good point, pls let us know what you find! Perhaps its possible. Many years ago, I bought a tv from the dell Canada store and selected the payment plan. The loan never did come up on my credit report, but I always thought it was some kind of oversight.

Mine says processing but no charge to my credit card yet.
I've ordered mine as soon as pre orders were open but status changes to processing only at 8 pm central time yesterday

Ah man. No Shipping until Nov in my area now
Don’t live near an apple store

hopefully can grab unlocked one at Best Buy or something that isn’t tied to needing to sign up for a new plan
