Not a satisfying experience, shipping is slow. Product is shipped from Germany to Netherlands. Took more then a week.
For this price range, hoping the customer service is giving me a more plesant experience.

You mentioned slow shipping:
- We offer DHL Express as an option to all customers, which is 1-2 days guaranteed to the Netherlands. It's not exactly cheap, but we offer it at the price it costs us and it's very good value for what it is. Other users have here have already remarked about how fast it was.
- Like all other online businesses, we are reliant on the international postal system. Our delivery timescales are clearly stated on our website. We even state i) the 'official' timescales quoted by the postage system and ii) our unofficial opinion of the timescales our customers should assume. That's how much we believe in transparency, we'd rather lose a sale than gain an unhappy customer.
- Orders shipped during the very busiest period of the e-commerce calendar are unlikely to break any delivery speed records. Standard deliveries from the UK to the Netherlands can sometimes be as fast as 2-3 business days (I myself once received a standard mail delivery from Hong Kong in 3 days!), however, that is very much the exception rather than the rule, much like getting all-green traffic lights on your drive to work
