I agree fully with that, however that is not what I was responding to.
I responded to allegations of the galaxy S3 also having passbook, except it being called passwallet, as if it were a feature of the phone (or the phone's os, in iOS's case).
It isn't. It's a third-party app that needs to be separately downloaded and has a giant advertisement banner at the top of the screen and unlike passbook on iOS won't pop up a pass on the lock screen when this is relevant.
Basically this is exactly the same as saying angry birds is a feature of iPhone 5: it's a third-part app that can be downloaded from the app store and does not integrate with the OS. (And in the iOS case does not come with ads.)
PassWallet has literally just been released. It has plenty of time to get better yet. All I'm saying is that I don't PassBook alone would be a good enough reason to get an iPhone over Android when Android has an admittedly half-assed-but-still-functional version of it.
The beauty of Android is that third party apps can integrate deeply with the OS!
If we're comparing OS features, then no PassWallet shouldn't be included, but if we're comparing selling points then it's fair game.
