Pretty sure mine still works. You just don't want to have upgrade your handset. It is switching the idea of hardware vs. software but in this modern age of smartphones you can't expect infinite support for hardware that is a couple of years old. So the new paradigm may mean hardware upgrades vs. software upgrades.
2 years is not infinite support! That is the minimal support most people would expect from a hardware vendor. Not everyone can afford to keep on buying the most up to date hardware year after year, and not everyone wants to.
So you bought something that didn't have all the features that you require and now you are crying that the manufacturer is treating you unfairly?
Not me personally. I sold my iPhone in May and got a Nokia... and no it's not as good as the iPhone
Just because someone isn't telling you to be decent or isn't reminding that you should be decent doesn't mean that you can't be decent.
I don't see how calling someone blindly defending Apple a fanboy is being indecent.
