Email down?

iPhone is working peppy now. Sending emails from work to my iPhone is very fast, < 30 seconds.
 
Okay, I was understanding about the whole transition thing that occurred oh, a month-2 weeks ago, but now this. And I missed a very important email, and made me look like a fool, telling my board member that I didn't get her email. Where do I go to complain exactly, because this for me was the last straw.
 
Push contacts aren't working at the moment. I could normally add a contact on one iPhone and have it appear on the other in less than a minute. I've been waiting over an hour for this to happen.

I am not affected at the moment (I was in the previous outage) Here's hoping you'll get your mail back ASAP.

Edit: On the last outage, it took a while for the green light to turn yellow.
 
I should further explain - I'm not using the Mail client on the computer I'm on at the moment, I'm using the web app me.com. All else is available (contacts, etc.,) just the Mail is down. It's also not working on my iPhone. This all started about 10:45 a.m. PST. All worked fine this morning up until that point.

Interesting - no one else, eh? Even a co-worker here is experiencing the downtime. *grrrr*
 
Number of users affected must be smaller this time around. I can't seem to find any mention of this outage on Apple/support/discussions. Last time it got flooded with posts.
