A very quick (and welcome) espresso this morning.
Yes quality should never be sacrificed to a busy schedule. Enjoying a long black as I tap.

Brewing fresh Rwandan coffee, smells great. Should go well with an apple fritter.
Time for afternoon tea, a hot cup of Earl Grey with hot milk.
Never tried it, but if you happen to get one do let us know how you find it.Does anybody have experience with this aeropress accessory? Supposedly it allows aeropress users to hand press espresso. I'm intrigued, but also skeptical

I already have the aeropress-- and I usually use the inverted method.
Enjoying a nice cup of Kenyan while 'Bosch' on Amazon Prime. Good combination.
I've spotted an 18/10 SS pour over with mesh filter (though you can use a paper filter with it) for a decent price. Should make cleaning a cinch.
Currently having some black tea with a squeeze of lemon.
A month without coffee. ..........
There was a time I drank 6 espressos a day. Yikes, I always felt miserable by 4pm when the headache would set in.I think it can be good to realize that coffee actually can be an addiction. It can definitely be spoken of in a espresso thread, I think.
It sure have its benefits to live without it for periods.
I don't drink every day. Not only because I don't want to bring its acids to my body every day.
But also because, I do enjoy it a lot more if I drink 2-4 times á week instead of every day as an habit.
The health benefits that actually exist to, it's nothing we really reap if we are addictive to it.
I am just sitting down with an Cappuccino btw, and then off with a tour with my new electric bike

Sounds like an excellent way to spend some time!Sat in my garden with a cup of Ethiopian coffee made in my French Press (with a dash of full fat organic milk) and listening to Beethoven’s Symphony no 9 in D minor on my Bowers and Wilkins P9 Headphones. Magical!
