I always hear that phrase in my mind with the Dilmah Tea man's voice (not even sure if others ever got Dilmah's ads...)
Well, you know how they say that the camera loves certain faces; in my case, as it happens, the microphone is rather partial to my voice, which is naturally quite low pitched and, I am told, acoustically 'clear'.What a shame...he had such a lovely voice.

Yet another bag of beans done and dusted - have decided to go back to Matakana Village Market Blend again for a few days (that's how long a bag lasts me).

That sounds amazing, and, you have prompted me (for, I noticed this very afternoon that my coffee supplies are dwindling) to start perusing coffee sites again.
I'm on my second cup this morning and it's as good as it reads.
Just got 6 new kilos Lavazza beans - 3 kg Gold / 3 kg TopClass. Was a too good price on them to pass. Expire dt. late -25 so no problem. Was sometime ago I had TopClass, but I like the 100% Arabica at times, so they will go down. They can always be mixed with other beans too.
The Gold ones was absolutely perfect as they are.
Consuming a large Espresso with pleasure after put the bags into its place.

Stressed coffee is not ideal.
Agreed.
However, I was relaxed, and the coffee was enjoyed.
Nevertheless, I must concede that consuming coffee when stressed serves to make life that bit better.
Somehow my Sunday morning coffee is getting dangerously close to being a Sunday afternoon coffee
